Teams we have built software for
Miami businesses can book the team and the playbook that took Miami Dolphins suite deals from 21 days to 6, applied to their own bookings, trade or startup product.
We are the engineering team behind the Miami Dolphins and Miami Open premium suite platforms at Hard Rock Stadium, and we have also built for Spirit Airlines and Citi. Our 16 in-house engineers work from San Francisco with 30+ remote specialists. Miami is three hours ahead of us, so your noon to 5 p.m. is our working morning.
How a build works, from first call to handover
Across our published builds the first release shipped in 5 to 10 weeks, with a median of 7. Integrations and compliance work add more time than screens do. See how long our builds took.

What do you want to build in Miami?
For Miami clients we build mobile apps, web apps and SaaS, AI features, custom software, MVPs and CRM setups.
Custom software development in Miami we can show you, not pitch
Our Miami work is proof you can check. The Dolphins platform gave fans a live suite map and e-signature checkout, and 41% of suite sales now close without a sales call. The Miami Open platform sold hospitality by session instead of by tournament, and packages sold out 5 weeks earlier than the year before. If you sell limited inventory, from yacht charters to restaurant buyouts, we build that same web app pattern around your product.
Plenty of Miami companies sell to buyers across Latin America and the Caribbean. We build English and Spanish interfaces, multi-currency pricing and customer portals where your buyers track orders without calling you. Funded founders get an MVP real customers can pay for, with the audit and access features investors ask about.
How to hire an app developer in Miami: 4 things to settle first
- Which languages and currencies will your buyers use?
If you sell to Spanish-speaking or Latin American buyers, plan bilingual screens and multi-currency prices into the data model. Retrofitting them later costs more than building them in.
- When does your season or event open for sales?
A booking platform has to be live and tested before sales open. Our Dolphins build took 9 weeks and the Miami Open build 8, so start scoping about three months ahead.
- Do you know Florida's breach-notice clock?
Fla. Stat. 501.171 gives you 30 days to notify affected people. Ask for access logs from the first release.
- Are ownership, scope and price in writing?
Code, app store accounts and hosting should be in your name, with a recorded walkthrough and written docs at handover. With us they are, and the scope and price come on paper after the free call.
Which Florida laws change how your app is built?
The Florida rules we design consent screens, data retention and breach logging around. A planning summary, not legal advice.
| Rule | What it means for the build |
|---|---|
| Consumer privacy law | Florida Digital Bill of Rights (Fla. Stat. §§ 501.701-501.722 (controller definition § 501.702(9))), in effect from 2024-07-01. Applies to: NARROW: for-profit with >$1 billion global gross annual revenue AND one of: >=50% of revenue from online ad sales; operates a consumer smart speaker/voice assistant; or operates an app store/digital distribution platform with >=250,000 apps. Plan for access, deletion and opt-out requests in the admin panel. |
| Data breach notification | Fla. Stat. § 501.171: notice deadline 30 days (+15 days for good cause); AG notice within 30 days if >=500 individuals. We build audit logs that show what data was touched, so notice can be accurate and on time. |
| HB 3 (2024) social media minors, Fla. Stat. § 501.1736 | Platforms with addictive features meeting the usage test: no accounts under 14, parental consent for 14-15. Enforceable: 11th Cir. stayed the injunction 2025-11-25 and reversed it 2026-10-14; litigation continues. (effective 2025-01-01) |
| Sales tax on SaaS | not taxable: Rule 12A-1.032: custom software is a service; electronically delivered software exempt. TAA 16A-014 found subscriptions/cloud computing not taxable. Taxable if bundled with TPP.. Relevant if you will sell your app as a subscription. |
| Time zone | Eastern and Central. Our team works from San Francisco (Pacific), with remote specialists covering other hours, so Miami working hours overlap with ours every weekday. |
Checked 2026-10-31 against state sources; confirm with counsel before launch.

How much does it cost to build an app in Miami?
Our app and web app builds typically cost $7,000 to around $25,000 to $30,000. A simple first version with a handful of screens sits near the bottom; payments, several user types, bilingual content and integrations move it up. A Miami address does not change the price. We scope it on a free 30-minute call and send the quote in writing.
Who built the Miami Dolphins premium suites booking platform?
We did. Our engineering team designed and built it in 9 weeks: a live suite map, single-game and season packages, and e-signature checkout. Suite inquiry to signed contract fell from 21 days to 6, 41% of sales now close without a sales call, and single-game suite revenue rose 2.4 times. The full case study is on our work page.
How long does it take to build an app in Miami?
From signed scope to first release, our 44 published builds took 5 to 10 weeks, with 7 the median. Our Miami Open booking platform took 8 weeks and the Dolphins platform 9. Integrations with ticketing, payment or shipping systems add more time than screens do, so we give you a dated plan once the scope is agreed.
How long does it take to build an MVP app?
A first version real customers can use and pay for fits the same window as our other first releases: 5 to 10 weeks across 44 published builds, median 7. The way to stay near the short end is to pick the one job version one must do and leave the rest for later. We agree that cut in the written scope before any code is written.
What happens after my app launches?
At handover you get the code and every account in your name, a recorded video walkthrough and written documentation, so your own team or any developer can take over. If you want us to keep going with fixes, updates or new features, support after launch is optional and billed per hour. Nothing locks you in, which is how we prefer to earn the next project.
Can you build a bilingual English and Spanish app?
Yes. We build the interface, emails and notifications in both languages, let each user pick one, and keep the content editable by your team without a developer. If you sell across Latin America, we also plan prices in more than one currency. Deciding this at the start costs less, so raise it on the free call.
Do Florida privacy laws apply to my Miami app?
Usually only the breach law. Florida Statute 501.171 requires you to notify affected people within 30 days of a breach. The Florida Digital Bill of Rights covers only companies with more than $1 billion in revenue that meet one more test. If under-16s can open accounts, Florida's HB 3 social media law may also apply.
Do I need a Miami-based app developer?
No, and we do not have a Miami office. Both of our Hard Rock Stadium builds were delivered remotely from San Francisco, with decisions made on video calls and a weekly demo of working software. Miami is three hours ahead of us, so your afternoon overlaps our morning, and our remote specialists widen that window.
How do I choose an app development company in Miami?
Ask every company for published builds with named clients and measured results, then ask who writes the code. Insist on a written scope and price before work starts, and confirm that the code and accounts will be yours. No ranking replaces that. Ours is easy to check: two Miami builds with their numbers on our work page.
Do I need an NDA before talking to an app developer?
You can ask for one, and a good developer will sign it without fuss. We sign an NDA on request before you share details of your product, pricing or customers. The free 30-minute call works fine without one if you keep it high level. Either way, the code and accounts are in your name from the first commit.
