The challenge
Influencers had no easy way to launch their own branded products, so most of their income depended on sponsorship deals.
Getting a product line made meant minimum order quantities, manufacturers who ignore first-time buyers, upfront money, storage and fulfilment. Only creators who could afford to lose thirty thousand dollars testing an idea ever tried.
The founders had arranged brand deals for influencers and saw every one of them hit the same limit. Sponsorship income caps out at how many ads an audience will tolerate, and stops when the posting stops.
Nearly every creator they met wanted a product line. Almost none had one, because the route there runs through manufacturing and logistics problems nobody with a full content schedule wants.
The brief was to remove each of those barriers so a creator could test a product in a week instead of a year, with none of their own money at risk.
What we built
We built a creator commerce platform with a self-serve storefront, an on-demand supplier network, live product mockups and fully managed order handling.
Creators set their own margins and see exactly what they earn from each product and each post.
Self-serve branded storefront
Creators set up their own store, styled to their brand instead of a stock template, on their own domain if they choose.
Print-on-order supplier network
A vetted supplier network produces items only when an order arrives, so no creator holds stock.
Live product mockups
Apparel, accessories and print products are configured with mockups generated from the uploaded artwork, so a design can be seen on the product before it goes live.
Transparent margin setting
Creators set the margin on each product, with the platform fee and unit cost shown at the moment they price it.
Managed orders and payouts
Order routing, tracking, returns and customer service escalation run through the platform. Payouts arrive on a rolling schedule, with a dashboard showing revenue by product and traffic source so a creator sees which post sold what.

The result
The 48-hour launch time changed how creators experiment. They now test a product the way they test a content format, and drop it at no cost if it does not sell.
The surprise was that the top sellers are not the biggest accounts. Mid-sized creators with clearly defined audiences regularly outsell accounts ten times larger, which changed how the platform recruits creators.
