What this covers

This policy describes how aibrevo ("we," "us") handles information collected through aibrevo.com and in the course of scoping and delivering CRM implementation work. It does not cover the client data we configure inside a client's own CRM instance during a project — that is governed by the client's own agreements with their CRM vendor and, where applicable, a separate data processing agreement between aibrevo and the client.

Information we collect

Through this website, we collect information you provide directly: your name, email, company, and message when you submit the contact form or book a call via Calendly. We also collect standard analytics data (pages visited, referrer, approximate location from IP, device type) via Google Analytics to understand how the site is used.

How we use it

Contact form and Calendly submissions are used to respond to your inquiry, scope a potential project, and follow up about that engagement. We do not sell contact information to third parties. Analytics data is used in aggregate to understand site usage and is not tied back to your identity for marketing purposes beyond standard retargeting you can opt out of via your browser or ad settings.

Third-party services

This site uses Calendly for scheduling, Web3Forms for contact form delivery, and Google Analytics for usage analytics. Each operates under its own privacy policy. We recommend reviewing those directly if you have specific questions about how they handle data in transit.

Data retention

Contact and scheduling information is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and, if you become a client, for the duration of the engagement and standard business record-keeping afterward. You can request deletion of your contact information at any time by emailing us.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you by emailing info@aibrevo.com. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

Cookies

This site uses cookies set by Google Analytics and Calendly for their respective functions. You can disable cookies in your browser settings; doing so may affect the Calendly booking widget's functionality.
