Miami Dolphins: self-serve premium suite booking with live inventory

The Miami Dolphins sold stadium premium suites through phone calls, spreadsheets and emailed PDFs, a process that took about three weeks per deal. We built a booking platform with a live suite map, configurable packages and e-signature checkout, cutting the time from suite enquiry to signed contract from 21 days to 6 and lifting single-game suite revenue 2.4x. It was built in 9 weeks.

The challenge

Premium suite sales depended on manual back-and-forth between the sales team and buyers. That limited access, made pricing hard to see and held back revenue from high value seating.

Suite sales still worked the way they had for decades. A prospect phoned, a salesperson checked a spreadsheet, sent a pricing PDF, negotiated by email and eventually issued a contract. Three weeks was normal for a purchase the buyer had mentally made in the first ten minutes.

That effort makes sense for a full-season suite worth six figures. For a single game it does not, so most single-game inventory went unsold. No one was going to spend three weeks of sales time on one Sunday.

There was a hidden cost too. Buyers who just wanted to see what was free, what it included and what it cost had no way to find out without starting a sales conversation, and many did not bother. The organisation was turning away its own demand at the first step.

What we built

We built a booking platform where buyers explore suites digitally and complete purchases on their own, which made suites easier to find, simplified the sales workflow and improved the premium fan experience.

Smaller deals close through self-serve checkout and e-signature, larger ones go to a salesperson with the buyer's full configuration, and suite holders manage their season in a client portal.

Interactive suite map with sightlines

Buyers see real inventory by game and by season package, with a sightline preview from each suite location, so they know exactly what they are buying.

Configurable packages with live pricing

Full season, partial season and single game packages include catering tiers, ticket allocations, parking and amenity options, priced as the buyer selects them instead of quoted later.

Self-serve checkout with e-signature

Transactions under a set threshold run through contract generation and e-signature without a sales call.

Smart routing for larger deals

Deals above the threshold go to a salesperson who already has the full context of what the buyer configured.

CRM-integrated pipeline and inventory locking

Sales runs on a CRM-integrated pipeline, and inventory locking stops two salespeople selling the same suite. Renewal workflows support existing holders.

Suite holder portal

Clients manage guest lists, catering orders and ticket distribution across the season in their own portal.

The result

Single-game suites are the commercial headline. Inventory that used to sit unsold because it was not worth a salesperson's time now sells itself, which is where the 2.4x revenue growth comes from.

For large accounts, removing three weeks of admin did more than speed up deals. It freed the sales team to focus on relationships with the accounts that renew, which is where suite revenue really builds over time.
