Wellness ecommerce · Supplement store with guided programmes
Loop Biolabs: a supplement store where every product comes with a programme
Loop Biolabs sells specialised wellness supplements and was losing customers after a single order because they had no guidance on how to use the products. We built an ecommerce platform that attaches a personalised programme to each product, raising repeat purchase from 23% to 61% for enrolled customers and lifting average lifetime value 2.8x. It was built in 6 weeks.

The challenge
Customers buying supplements often had no structured guidance on how to follow a programme, which weakened trust and long-term engagement with the brand.
Loop Biolabs had a retention problem that looked like a marketing issue but was not. Customers bought once, took the product on and off for two weeks, noticed nothing clear, and never reordered.
What was missing was guidance. A bottle arrives with a label, and the customer has to figure out timing, how it combines with other products, what to expect and when, and whether a change in week three is the product or just chance. Most people simply stop.
The client had tried email sequences, but everyone got the same messages on the same schedule, whatever they had bought and however they were getting on. What Loop wanted was for each product to come with a programme, so that buying meant starting something beyond receiving a parcel.
What we built
We built an ecommerce and consultation platform that combines supplement education with structured purchasing, giving customers more confidence and keeping them engaged with the brand over time.
Each product carries a programme that adapts to the customer's intake answers, progress logging is quick, and reminders and reorders follow what the customer actually does.
Programmes attached to products
Each programme covers dosage, timing, expected milestones and what to do after a missed dose, sequenced across the weeks the product is designed to work over.
Personalised intake
Intake records goals, current regimen and relevant history, and the programme adjusts to those answers instead of being the same for everyone.
Light progress logging with charts
Logging takes a few taps against set markers, since anything heavier gets dropped after week two. Charts show change over the programme, making effects visible that customers might otherwise miss.
Adaptive reminders
Reminders respond to how a customer actually logs instead of firing on a fixed schedule.
Consumption-based reorders
Reorder timing is calculated from real consumption.
Education library and stacking checker
An education library supports every programme, and a stacking checker flags interactions between products.
Screens and design system

The result
Repeat purchase climbing from 23% to 61% is the whole business case, and it came from customers being able to see an effect, not from any change to the product itself.
An unplanned benefit: adherence data now feeds back into formulation and programme design. The company finally knows which products people actually finish.
