Bitrix24 Alternatives: 7 CRMs Priced Per Seat, and What Moving Costs

Bitrix24 charges per organisation, not per seat, so most alternatives cost more at 10 users or more. This page prices seven alternatives against Bitrix24's plans, shows the user count where each flips, and lists what the Bitrix24 export does and does not include.

Key takeaways

  • Bitrix24 prices per organisation: Basic is $49 a month for 5 users, Standard $99 for 50 users and Professional $199 for 100 users, billed yearly (Bitrix24 pricing page, checked Oct 22, 2026). Almost every alternative charges per seat, so the bill only drops for small teams.
  • Bitrix24 Standard at $99 a month costs less than per-seat tools from 3 users (Pipedrive Growth at $39), 6 users (monday CRM Standard at $17) and 12 users (Freshsales Growth at $9). Below those headcounts a per-seat CRM is cheaper.
  • The Bitrix24 plan gates that push people out are on the pricing page: one pipeline on Free, sales automation and call tracking only from Professional at $199, and unlimited leads and invoices only from Standard.
  • The CRM export only runs from List view, only includes the columns shown, and skips any contact without the 'Included in export' flag. The help article does not say whether comments or files come out.
  • Switching has a cost no price table shows. A published-price benchmark puts small CRM builds at roughly $1.5k to $10k depending on the platform (aibrevo research, checked Oct 2026), before data cleanup.

Bitrix24 charges per organisation, and almost every alternative charges per seat, so the cost question has a crossover point. At the time of writing (checked Oct 22, 2026) Bitrix24 Standard is $99 a month for up to 50 users when billed yearly, and it only costs more than a per-seat CRM once your team is smaller than 5 to 12 people, depending on the tool. If you are leaving Bitrix24 for price at 10 users or more, the honest answer is that most replacements cost more. If you are leaving for a feature or a limit, the table below shows what each alternative costs and where it stops.

Why are people leaving Bitrix24?

Four reasons show up on Bitrix24’s own pricing page, and each points at a different replacement. I use only what the vendor publishes here, not review-site sentiment.

Pressure point What the pricing page says (checked Oct 22, 2026) What it points toward
Free plan is thin Free is $0 for 1 to 2 users, 5 GB, 1 pipeline A free tier with more room: HubSpot (2 users), Zoho (3 users)
Automation sits high Sales automation and call tracking start at Professional, $199 a month yearly A tool where automation is cheaper per head, or flat-priced
Lead and invoice caps Unlimited leads and invoices start at Standard, $99 a month yearly Any CRM without a lead cap on its entry tier
It is a suite The product menu covers CRM, tasks, projects, HR, sites and stores A CRM-only product

Source: Bitrix24 pricing, prices in USD billed yearly, checked Oct 22, 2026. Bitrix24 also sells higher-priced Vibe+ versions of each plan, which I leave out, and says its Vibe+ yearly prices are a launch offer valid September 1 to December 10, 2026 that renews at regular prices.

What does Bitrix24 cost at each plan, and where do alternatives flip?

Bitrix24 sells a block of users for one monthly price, so the cost per head falls as you add people. Basic is $49 for 5 users, Standard $99 for 50 and Professional $199 for 100, all per month billed yearly. On monthly billing the same plans are $69, $144 and $289. Enterprise starts at $399 a month yearly for 250 users.

That makes a per-seat CRM cheaper only at small headcounts. The table shows the first team size at which Bitrix24 costs less, using each alternative’s yearly-billed seat price.

Alternative (seat price, yearly) Bitrix24 Standard ($99) is cheaper from Bitrix24 Professional ($199) is cheaper from
Freshsales Growth, $9 12 users 23 users
monday CRM Standard, $17 6 users 12 users
Zoho CRM Professional, $23 (Oct 6 figure) 5 users 9 users
Pipedrive Growth, $39 3 users 6 users
HubSpot Sales Hub Professional, $90 plus $1,500 onboarding 2 users 3 users

Arithmetic: the Bitrix24 plan price divided by the seat price, then the next whole user above that. At exactly 11 users Freshsales Growth costs $99, the same as Standard, so Standard is cheaper from 12 users. Bitrix24 Standard and Professional do not match those tools feature for feature, so treat the table as a price floor, not a verdict.

Yearly licence cost for 10 users

HubSpot Sales Hub Professional (incl. $1,500 onboarding)
$12,300
Pipedrive Growth
$4,680
GoHighLevel Unlimited (flat, billed yearly)
$2,970
Zoho CRM Professional (Oct 6 price)
$2,760
monday CRM Standard
$2,040
Bitrix24 Standard (up to 50 users)
$1,188
Freshsales Growth
$1,080

Seat price x 10 users x 12 months, or the flat plan price x 12. Which seven CRMs are real Bitrix24 alternatives?

Seven that publish a price and fit a team that wants contacts, deals and follow-up in one tool. Prices are per user per month billed yearly unless noted, checked Oct 22, 2026.

The “best at” column paraphrases how each vendor describes its product, not a ranking.

Read the cost-and-fit view next to the CRM pricing comparison and, if the reason you are leaving is a plan cap, monday CRM alternatives lists the same kind of limits for monday. For a texting-led team, the GoHighLevel pricing guide covers the usage rates that sit on top of the $97 to $497 plan. If you are choosing from scratch, how to choose a CRM walks the decision.

What does it cost to move off Bitrix24?

The licence is the small part. The work is exporting, cleaning and re-mapping, and the Bitrix24 export has rules that catch people out. Bitrix24’s help article says exports run only from List view, so you filter first and the file contains exactly the items in that list.

  1. Open the CRM section (Leads, Deals, Contacts and so on) and switch to List view.
  2. Apply filters. The file includes all items in the current list.
  3. Use the settings icon to choose the fields. The file includes only the fields shown in the table.
  4. Open Settings and choose CSV or Excel (xls).
  5. Tick any extra options: export all deal fields, export all contact and company fields, or export detailed SKUs.
  6. Click Run and wait for the export to finish.

What comes out: leads, deals, contacts, companies, estimates, invoices and smart processes, with each deal pipeline exported separately. What stays behind or needs a second pass:

  • Contacts without the “Included in export” option enabled. Turn it on in the contact form or through group actions before you export.
  • Fields not shown in the table, unless you choose the export-all options.
  • Anything outside the filtered list.
  • Only users with the required CRM permissions can export, and the article sends you to the pricing page to check whether contact export is available on your plan.

The help article does not say whether comments, timeline history or attached files are included, so run a test export of ten records and open the file before you decide the move is safe. Our export guide for 8 CRMs shows how other vendors treat notes and files, and CRM import limits lists the row caps you will meet on the way in.

Plan the labour as well. aibrevo’s implementation cost benchmark (median of published price pages, checked October 2026) puts small builds at $1.5k to $3.5k on Pipedrive, $2k to $5k on monday CRM, $3k to $10k on Zoho CRM and $3k to $6k on HubSpot. Those are industry ranges, not aibrevo quotes. For the sequence to follow, read the CRM migration guide and data cleaning before migration.

Which alternative fits which reason for leaving?

  • You pay for features you do not use. A CRM-only tool: Capsule, Freshsales or Pipedrive. All three publish a seat price you can multiply yourself.
  • Automation is gated. Compare the tier where automation starts: Bitrix24 Professional at $199, monday Standard at $17 per seat (250 automations a month), Zoho Professional, Pipedrive Growth, Capsule Growth at $36. A flat-priced option is GoHighLevel, see GoHighLevel setup.
  • You want one place for projects and sales. monday CRM, see monday CRM services.
  • You want marketing and a free start. HubSpot’s free tier for 2 users, then its paid tiers when you need them.
  • Your team is above 10 people and cost is the only issue. Stay, or downgrade a plan, before you move. The table above shows why.

When to get help

A move off Bitrix24 usually stalls on field mapping and on rebuilding automations by hand, since the export carries records and not workflows. Bitrix24 is not one of the eight platforms aibrevo implements, so a project from it is quoted per project, and the common request is migration into HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, monday.com or GoHighLevel. If you want the move scoped, book a short call or send a message with your user count, the plan you are on and the feature you are leaving over. The matching service pages are HubSpot, Zoho, Pipedrive, monday and GoHighLevel.

FAQs

What is the best alternative to Bitrix24?

It depends on why you are leaving. HubSpot suits a team that wants marketing tools and a free start for 2 users. Zoho CRM and Freshsales are the low-price per-seat options. Pipedrive suits a pipeline-first sales team. GoHighLevel suits teams that text and call leads and want flat pricing with unlimited users. Bitrix24's flat price per organisation is hard to beat above about 10 users.

Is there a free alternative to Bitrix24?

Yes, three of them. HubSpot's Sales Hub is free for up to 2 users, Zoho CRM's free edition covers 3 users, and Capsule's free plan covers 2 users and 250 contacts. Bitrix24 itself lists a free plan for 1 to 2 users with 5 GB of storage and one pipeline. Free tiers cap users, contacts or features, so test with real records.

How much does Bitrix24 cost compared with other CRMs?

Bitrix24 Standard is $99 a month for up to 50 users billed yearly, which is about $9.90 a head at 10 users. At the same 10 users, Freshsales Growth is $90 a month, Pipedrive Growth $390 and monday CRM Standard $170, all billed yearly. HubSpot Professional is $900 a month plus a $1,500 one-time onboarding fee.

Can I export my data from Bitrix24?

Yes. Open the CRM section, switch to List view, filter the items, choose the fields in the table settings, pick CSV or Excel and click Run. Leads, deals, contacts, companies, estimates and invoices export, and each deal pipeline exports separately. Contacts export only if their 'Included in export' option is on, and only the columns shown come out unless you tick the export-all options.

Why do people leave Bitrix24?

The pricing page itself shows the usual pressure points. The free plan has one pipeline, sales automation and call tracking start at the $199 Professional plan, and unlimited leads and invoices start at Standard. Bitrix24 is also a suite with tasks, projects and sites beside the CRM, so a team that wants only a CRM pays for a wider product.

Is Bitrix24 cheaper than HubSpot?

For teams above a few users, yes by a wide margin. Bitrix24 Professional is $199 a month for 100 users billed yearly. HubSpot Sales Hub Professional is $90 per seat per month plus a required $1,500 onboarding fee, so 10 seats cost $900 a month. The two are not the same product, so compare the features you actually use.

Does Bitrix24 charge per user?

No. Its base plans include a block of users for one monthly price: 5 on Basic, 50 on Standard and 100 on Professional, with Enterprise sold in blocks from 250 users. The pricing page describes it as a flat rate for all users included in the plan. That is the opposite of most alternatives, which bill per seat.
