Attio Alternatives: 6 CRMs Compared Once You Pass the Free Plan Limits

Attio alternatives for teams that hit the free plan's 3 seats and 3 objects, the Plus plan's 10-seat cap, or the $79 Pro price, with per-seat prices checked on each vendor's page and what an Attio export leaves out.

Key takeaways

  • Attio lists Free (up to 3 seats, 3 objects, 50,000 records), Plus at $35 and Pro at $79 per seat per month billed annually (Attio pricing page, checked Oct 22, 2026). Plus caps at 10 seats and 5 objects, so a growing team meets a limit before it meets a price.
  • For 10 users, Attio Plus costs about $4,200 a year and Pro about $9,480. Close Essentials is $4,200, Freshsales Pro $4,680, Pipedrive Growth $4,680 and HubSpot Professional $12,300 with its onboarding fee, all at list price and annual billing.
  • Attio cannot export enriched data: those cells come out blank, while data you entered manually is included. The workspace export is admin-only, gives CSV files in a zip, and excludes emails.
  • The eleventh seat is the expensive one: Plus is capped at 10 seats, so 11 seats means Pro at $79, about $10,428 a year against $4,200 for 10 seats on Plus.

Attio’s pricing page lists a Free plan (up to 3 seats, 3 objects, 50,000 records), Plus at $35 and Pro at $79 per seat per month billed annually (checked Oct 22, 2026), and most searches for Attio alternatives come from a team that has hit a seat or object cap before it hit a price. Plus is capped at 10 seats and 5 objects. Pro lifts both limits and more than doubles the seat price.

This page lists six alternatives with a per-seat price checked on each vendor’s own page, one strength and one limit for each, what an Attio export leaves out, and the case for staying put.

What are the best Attio alternatives?

There is no best alternative without a reason, so the table gives each option’s published price and the limit to check first.

Why do people leave Attio?

The reasons visible on Attio’s pricing page are plan caps, so the table lists them by plan.

Limit Free Plus ($35) Pro ($79)
Seats Up to 3 Up to 10 Unlimited
Objects Up to 3 Up to 5 Up to 12
Records 50,000 250,000 1,000,000
Reports Up to 3 Up to 15 Up to 100
Emails per month 200 1,000 Unlimited
Email accounts per user 1 1 2
Access permissions None Basic Advanced

Source: Attio pricing page, checked Oct 22, 2026. Enterprise is custom priced with unlimited objects and 3 or more email accounts per user. Seat and workspace credits for AI features are capped on every plan (100 per seat per month on Free, 500 on Plus, 1,000 on Pro).

The caps cluster at the Free to Plus step and again at the Plus to Pro step. A team of 4 on Free has no way to add a fourth seat without paying $35 per seat for everyone. A team of 11 on Plus has no way to add the eleventh without moving to Pro. Those are the moments when other CRMs start to look cheaper.

How much do Attio alternatives cost for 10 users?

At 10 users, Attio Plus is about $4,200 a year and Pro is about $9,480, which puts it between the cheap per-seat tools and HubSpot Professional. The chart multiplies each vendor’s published annual-billing price by 10 users and 12 months. GoHighLevel uses its annual Unlimited price, which is flat.

Illustrative: yearly list cost for 10 users

HubSpot Professional (incl. $1,500 onboarding)

Attio Pro
$9,480
Freshsales Pro
$4,680
Pipedrive Growth

Attio Plus at ten seats is exactly the price of Close Essentials. If you are on Attio Plus and happy with the product, the number to watch is the eleventh seat, which moves the whole team to $79.

Attio vs HubSpot, Pipedrive and Salesforce: which fits which team?

HubSpot fits a team that wants marketing tools inside the CRM and can start free with 2 users. Attio is $35 per seat on Plus against HubSpot Professional at $90 plus $1,500 onboarding, so Attio is cheaper unless you need what HubSpot adds. HubSpot pricing and limits 2026 tables workflow and pipeline caps by tier.

Pipedrive fits a pipeline-first team that wants automation at $39 per seat on Growth, and HubSpot vs Pipedrive covers how the two differ. We did not fetch Salesforce pricing in this check, so we do not rank it here. GoHighLevel fits when you want unlimited users and email and SMS marketing in one plan, and GoHighLevel vs HubSpot explains the trade.

What does moving off Attio cost, and what does the export leave behind?

The export is free and quick, and its gaps are specific. These steps and gaps come from Attio’s help center (checked Oct 22, 2026).

  1. One view. Add every column you want to the table view, click Save for everyone so filters apply, then use Import / Export at the top right and choose Export view as CSV or Excel. Any workspace member can export views on records pages.
  2. Whole workspace. An admin opens Workspace settings, General, and under Export Workspace data selects Start new export. A zip of CSV files downloads when it reaches 100 percent.

The workspace export includes lists, list attributes, companies, people, deals, users, custom objects, comments, notes, tasks and files, and call recording activity as metadata only. It excludes emails, and meetings and call recordings can only be exported through Attio’s API. Enriched attributes come out blank in a view export, so any data Attio added for you is gone unless you re-enrich in the new tool. On Enterprise, an admin can turn on Disable data exports for non-admins.

Moving also costs build time. aibrevo’s CRM implementation cost benchmark lists small HubSpot builds at roughly $3k to $6k and Pipedrive small builds at roughly $1.5k to $3.5k (published price pages, checked Oct 2026). Run CRM data cleaning before migration first and see how to export your data from 8 CRMs for the destination side.

When should you stay on Attio?

Stay when you are within the Plus limits (10 seats, 5 objects, 1,000 emails a month) and the data model fits how you sell. Attio is built for teams that want to shape their own objects, and a move to a pipeline-first tool can mean losing that flexibility. Switch when a cap forces a plan jump that is bigger than the feature it buys.

When to get help

Get help when a custom-object data model has to be rebuilt as fields and pipelines in another CRM, or when email history that Attio cannot export needs a plan. aibrevo implements Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, monday.com, Airtable and GoHighLevel, and a move from another CRM into one of those eight is a common request. Attio itself is quoted per project, and GoHighLevel builds run $1,499 to $4,999 for a full CRM setup at the time of writing.

Book a short call or send a message with your seat count and the limit you hit. The HubSpot service page and the GoHighLevel service page cover two common destinations.
