CRM Implementation Cost 2026: What Agencies Actually Charge, by Platform and Size

CRM implementation cost for Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics 365, Zoho CRM, Pipedrive, monday.com CRM and Airtable, built from published USD agency, partner and vendor price pages checked October 15, 2026, with every source, the method, what we excluded and what we could not verify.

Key takeaways

  • CRM implementation cost, taken as the median of published USD agency price pages, runs from $1.5k to $3.5k for a small Pipedrive setup up to $150k to $400k or more for an enterprise Salesforce rollout. Salesforce and Dynamics 365 cost the most at every size.
  • A small-team setup (up to about 25 users) is $10k to $25k on Salesforce, $10k to $25k on Dynamics 365, $3k to $10k on Zoho CRM, $3k to $6k on HubSpot, $2k to $5k on monday.com CRM and $1.5k to $3.5k on Pipedrive.
  • Our earlier ranges were too low for Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho and monday.com at every size, and for Airtable at mid and enterprise. For every platform, the page we cited had changed or did not support the number.
  • Evidence is uneven. Salesforce has 16 pages behind it, HubSpot 13 and Zoho 10. Dynamics 365 is limited, Pipedrive is verified only for small teams, and Airtable rests on one source.
  • Almost every source is an agency marketing page. monday.com is the only vendor with published fixed implementation prices ($10,500, $21,000 and $31,500).

CRM implementation cost, taken as the middle of what agencies publish, starts at about $1.5k for a small Pipedrive setup and reaches $150k to $400k or more for an enterprise Salesforce rollout. This page shows where every figure comes from. For each of seven platforms it gives a range for small, mid-size and enterprise teams, the number of sources behind it, how confident we are, and the full list of pages we read on October 15, 2026.

The ranges are for one-time implementation services only, in US dollars. They do not include licences. For per-user licence prices, see our CRM pricing comparison.

What is the CRM implementation cost by platform and size?

Platform Small (up to ~25 users) Mid (~25 to 150 users) Enterprise (150+ users) Confidence
Salesforce $10k–$25k $40k–$150k $150k–$400k+ Good (16 pages)
HubSpot $3k–$6k $10k–$30k $25k–$100k+ Good for small and mid, limited for enterprise
Dynamics 365 Sales/CRM $10k–$25k $35k–$120k $200k–$300k+ Limited
Zoho CRM $3k–$10k $10k–$40k $45k–$90k+ Good for small and mid, limited for enterprise
Pipedrive $1.5k–$3.5k $5k–$10k (earlier estimate) $10k–$16k (earlier estimate) Small only
monday.com CRM $2k–$5k $10k–$15.5k $25k+ Fair
Airtable $1.5k–$8k $8k–$25k $25k–$40k+ Single source

Implementation services only, USD, checked October 15, 2026. A “+” means the sources give no ceiling. Pipedrive mid and enterprise are earlier estimates, not re-verified in USD. Each range is explained in its platform section below.

Small-team setup: top of the typical range

Salesforce
$10k–$25k
Dynamics 365
$10k–$25k
Zoho CRM
$3k–$10k
Airtable (one source)
$1.5k–$8k
HubSpot
$3k–$6k
monday.com CRM
$2k–$5k
Pipedrive
$1.5k–$3.5k

Bar length is the high end of the range for a team of up to about 25 users. Median of the low ends and the median of the high ends across published USD price pages, checked October 15, 2026. Implementation only, no licences.

Enterprise rollout: top of the typical range

Salesforce
$150k–$400k+
Dynamics 365 (limited evidence)
$200k–$300k+
HubSpot
$25k–$100k+
Zoho CRM
$45k–$90k+
Airtable (one source)
$25k–$40k+
monday.com CRM
$25k+ (no ceiling)
Pipedrive (earlier estimate)
$10k–$16k

Bar length is the high end of the range for teams over about 150 users; "+" means sources give no ceiling, so the real top is higher. Pipedrive's figure is an earlier estimate, not re-verified in USD. Source: published USD agency price pages, checked October 15, 2026.

How we measured CRM implementation cost

We opened each page on October 15, 2026 and recorded the one-time implementation fee, the scope the page describes and the date it shows. Where a source gave a range for a team size, we mapped it to one of three bands:

  • Small: up to about 25 users, standard setup, a simple pipeline, light data import and few integrations.
  • Mid: about 25 to 150 users, several teams or products, custom fields or objects, a migration with cleaning, and 3 to 6 integrations.
  • Enterprise: over about 150 users, multiple business units, clouds or hubs, complex integrations and custom development.

For each band, the range on this page is the median of the low ends and the median of the high ends across the publishers that gave that band, rounded to the nearest $500. Open-ended figures such as “$150,000+” count as a low end but not as a high end, so a “+” in the range means some sources gave no ceiling. Each publisher counts once per band. Most sources define size by tier name or scope, not by head count, so the mapping is our judgement, and we note it where a source straddles two bands.

Excluded: licences and subscriptions, ongoing managed services and retainers, pages older than 2025, pages in euros, pounds or rupees only, ranges that mix licences into the total, unbanded ranges that do not say what size they cover, and public contract awards (all in pounds, or software supply, or too broad). Every excluded page we opened is listed in its platform section with the reason.

What this method cannot do. Nearly every source is an agency or partner marketing page, so these are asking prices, not what clients paid. Cheap fixed-fee shops pull the low end down and firms selling large programmes pull the high end up. We found no Gartner, Forrester or IDC implementation price data, no vendor-sponsored study and no Reddit quotes we could open. Treat the ranges as a guide for budgeting a conversation, not as a quote.

Salesforce implementation cost

Salesforce is the best-evidenced platform here: 16 pages from 15 firms, with 16 low ends and 14 high ends in the small band, 13 and 12 in mid, and 9 and 6 in enterprise.

Band Range (median low to median high) n Confidence
Small $10k–$25k 16 lows, 14 highs Good
Mid $40k–$150k 13 lows, 12 highs Good
Enterprise $150k–$400k+ 9 lows, 6 stated highs Good

The arithmetic: small lows have a median of $10k and highs $25k; mid lows $40k and highs $150k; enterprise lows $150k and the six stated highs $400k. Sized examples run higher still: Clientell lists a 1,200-user multi-cloud program at $480k with a boutique firm and $850k with a large integrator. Fixed-price QuickStart packages sit below the small range: $2,100 to $5,500 for up to 10 to 12 users, $7,500 from an offshore provider, and $10,000 for up to 25 users.

HubSpot implementation cost

13 pages give USD implementation prices for HubSpot. Small is well supported (10 low ends), mid has 6 low ends and 5 high ends, and enterprise has 5 low ends but only 3 stated highs.

Band Range n Confidence
Small $3k–$6k 10 lows, 9 highs Good
Mid $10k–$30k 6 lows, 5 highs Good
Enterprise $25k–$100k+ 5 lows, 3 highs Limited

Median of lows and highs: small $3k and $6k; mid $10k and $30k; enterprise $25k and $100k. The cheap end is fixed-fee shops (INSIDEA, Technix, MarkeStac, HubBase). The high end is consultancy marketing, with no independent or contract evidence. Most HubSpot sources define size by number of hubs, not users: one hub with clean data is small, two to three hubs with migration is mid, and multi-hub with custom objects is enterprise.

HubSpot’s own required onboarding fees are separate from partner implementation, and partners often waive them. We could not read them on hubspot.com (the pricing and onboarding pages showed no dollar amount), so we rely on secondary reports: RevOpsHQ (Jul 31, 2026, updated Sep 28, 2026) lists Sales Hub and Service Hub Professional $1,500 and Enterprise $3,500, and Marketing Hub Professional $3,000 and Enterprise $7,000. INSIDEA, Campaign Creators and MarkeStac match; Pedowitz ($6,000 Enterprise) and Monetizely (higher figures) differ. We keep these out of the ranges. Treat them as unconfirmed against HubSpot.

Dynamics 365 Sales and CRM implementation cost

This is the weakest of the large-platform ranges, so read it as limited evidence. Nine publishers give Sales or CRM figures (one of them weak), and many are Microsoft partner marketing pages. We excluded all ERP-only prices (Business Central, Finance, Supply Chain).

Band Range n Confidence
Small $10k–$25k 6 lows, 5 highs Limited
Mid $35k–$120k 6 lows, 5 highs Limited
Enterprise $200k–$300k+ 4 lows, 3 numeric highs Limited

Small lows are $5k, $5k, $10k, $10k, $17k and $25k (median $10k); highs are $17k, $20k, $25k, $30k and $50k (median $25k). Mid lows have a median of $35k and highs $120k. For enterprise, the three numeric highs are $200k, $300k and $2,000k; we treat the $2,000k as a weak outlier and read the top end as “$200k to $300k+”.

Zoho CRM implementation cost

Ten agency or editorial pages give Zoho implementation prices, plus two Clutch profiles we kept out of the statistics. Zoho publishes no price list of its own: Zoho Jumpstart packages show no prices and are India-only.

Band Range n Confidence
Small $3k–$10k 10 lows, 9 highs Good
Mid $10k–$40k 7 lows, 7 highs Good
Enterprise $45k–$90k+ 6 lows, 4 stated highs Limited

Small lows have a median of $3,000 and highs $10,000. Mid lows have a median of $10,000 and highs $40,000. Enterprise lows have a median of $45,000 (the middle of $40,000 and $50,000) and the four stated highs a median of $87,500, which we show as $90k+. India-based partners price lower than US firms.

Pipedrive implementation cost

Pipedrive is largely self-serve, and there is no vendor-published implementation fee. Only the small band is re-verified, from three USD sources. We could not verify mid-size or enterprise in USD.

Band Range n Confidence
Small $1.5k–$3.5k 3 USD sources Low, small band only
Mid $5k–$10k earlier estimate, not re-verified in USD Not verified
Enterprise $10k–$16k earlier estimate, not re-verified in USD Not verified

Small lows are $1,250, $1,500 and $2,500 (median $1,500) and highs are $1,250, $3,500 and $5,000 (median $3,500). Directionally, the euro-priced evidence (below) points to mid-size and enterprise work at or above our earlier estimates, but we cannot show that in dollars, so we kept those two ranges unchanged and say so.

The Sales Surge page we used to cite for Pipedrive now shows euros only, and the dollar figures we published earlier are not on it.

Pipedrive hourly rates

We found no USD hourly rate we could verify. CJ Wray sells fixed prices only. Imanta lists EUR 100 an hour for support credits, which is in euros. An Upwork range of $8 to $60 appeared only in a search snippet, which we did not open, so we do not use it. See our Pipedrive implementation cost guide.

monday.com CRM implementation cost

monday.com is the only vendor here that publishes fixed implementation prices. Five publishers give USD figures, plus one aggregator we kept out of the band statistics.

Band Range n Confidence
Small $2k–$5k 4 Fair
Mid $10k–$15.5k 5 Fair
Enterprise $25k+ 3, open-ended Limited

Small lows are $500, $2,000, $2,500 and $2,500 (median $2,250, shown as $2k) and highs have a median of $5,000. Mid lows have a median of $10,000 and highs of $15,500. Enterprise lows have a median of $25,000, and nearly every enterprise figure is open-ended, so we show no ceiling. monday.com’s own packages bracket the mid band: $10,500 for up to 50 users and 1 team, $21,000 for up to 250 users and 2 teams, and $31,500 for up to 500 users and 3 teams. Those are generic monday implementation packages, not CRM-specific.

Airtable CRM implementation cost

Airtable has one usable source. It is a single consultancy page, the same one we cited before, and that page now reads differently. Treat every Airtable figure as single-source.

Band Range n Confidence
Small $1.5k–$8k 1 Single source
Mid $8k–$25k 1 Single source
Enterprise $25k–$40k+ 1 Single source

No Airtable agency we opened publishes a price list, and with n=1 there is no median. Clutch supports the small band weakly: one consultancy lists a $5,000 minimum project and most common size under $10,000 on 2 reviews.

GoHighLevel implementation cost

GoHighLevel does not fit the small, mid and enterprise bands, because pricing is by job type (single business, SaaS and white-label, multi-location, migration) rather than by users. We benchmark it separately, with 14 named providers, in the GoHighLevel expert pricing benchmark. In short, a single-business setup is published at $299 to $5,000, and SaaS builds at $550 to $10,000 or more. Multi-location has too few priced pages to claim a market range.

How our ranges changed from the earlier version

We published implementation ranges earlier in 2026, each tied to one cited page. On October 15 we re-opened every cited page and rebuilt the ranges from all the pages we could find. Here is the old range, the new range for each platform and why it moved.

Platform Earlier range (small / mid / enterprise) New range (small / mid / enterprise) Why it changed
Salesforce $5k–$12k / $15k–$40k / $40k–$150k+ $10k–$25k / $40k–$150k / $150k–$400k+ The Fast Slow Motion page we cited now reads $10k to $25k, $25k to $150k and $150k+, higher than every earlier figure. 16 publishers support the new range
HubSpot $2k–$4k / $4k–$12k / $12k–$30k+ $3k–$6k / $10k–$30k / $25k–$100k+ The INSIDEA page we cited now gives per-hub fixed fees from $2,000, $4,000 and $6,000, which are the low end, not the middle. Across 13 pages the typical range is higher
Dynamics 365 $15k–$30k / $30k–$90k / $90k–$250k+ $10k–$25k / $35k–$120k / $200k–$300k+ The MSDynamicsWorld page we cited prices ERP products only and does not support the old figures. Limited evidence
Zoho CRM $2k–$5k / $5k–$15k / $15k–$50k $3k–$10k / $10k–$40k / $45k–$90k+ The Codestringers page we cited reads $5k to $15k, $15k to $50k and $50k+, so our figures sat one step below our own source
Pipedrive $2.75k–$5k / $5k–$10k / $10k–$16k $1.5k–$3.5k / $5k–$10k / $10k–$16k The Sales Surge page we cited now shows euros only. Small re-verified from 3 USD sources; mid and enterprise are earlier estimates, not re-verified in USD
monday.com CRM $1.5k–$3.5k / $3.5k–$8k / $10k+ $2k–$5k / $10k–$15.5k / $25k+ The Advaiya page we cited shows no price today. monday.com’s own packages ($10,500 and up) are above our old mid range
Airtable $3k–$6k / $6k–$15k / $15k–$30k $1.5k–$8k / $8k–$25k / $25k–$40k+ The Business Automated page we cited now reads $1.5k to $8k, $8k to $25k and $25k to $40k+. Single source

Only the Dynamics small range, the Pipedrive small range and Airtable’s small floor fell. Everywhere else the ranges rose, most sharply for mid-size and enterprise teams.

What we could not verify

  • HubSpot’s own onboarding fees: hubspot.com’s pricing and onboarding pages showed no dollar amount, so the $1,500, $3,500, $3,000 and $7,000 figures rest on secondary pages.
  • Zoho and monday.com vendor price lists: none exist in USD. The Zoho Jumpstart pages show no prices and are India-only, and the monday.com “30, 60, 90 hours” mapping to its three packages appeared only in a search snippet.
  • Upwork, Fiverr, G2, Clutch and GoodFirms hourly bands: Upwork and Fiverr pages blocked our fetcher, and G2 and GoodFirms pages returned errors or were not opened. Their numbers appeared only in search snippets and are not used. For example, an Upwork HubSpot page was reported at $15 to $40 an hour for beginners and $150 for advanced, but we could not open it.
  • Gartner, Forrester and IDC: we found no implementation price data for any platform here, and opened no vendor-sponsored study.
  • Reddit and community threads: the fetcher was blocked from Reddit, so we have no first-hand client quotes. CostBench quotes one Reddit user for Salesforce, which we did not open.
  • Public contracts: we opened a few UK Contracts Finder notices, all in pounds, and found no US federal award for a pure CRM implementation. Several award records appeared only in search results.
  • Pipedrive mid and enterprise in USD: no size-banded USD source exists. Our two ranges are earlier estimates, not re-verified.
  • Some prices in search summaries: a few figures appeared only in search summaries and not on the pages we opened (for example a Cargas Sales quick start and a Dynamics 3-week package). We left them out.

How to use these CRM implementation cost ranges

  1. Pick the band by users and scope, not by company revenue. Several teams, a migration with cleaning and more than three integrations push you from small to mid.
  2. Treat the middle of each range as a budgeting number, then ask for a fixed-scope quote. Asking prices are higher or lower than final prices depending on the firm.
  3. Add licences from the CRM pricing comparison, and add usage fees, training and ongoing support, which none of these ranges include.
  4. Compare a quote with a published fixed package where one exists. Salesforce QuickStart packages, monday.com’s $10,500 package and HubSpot’s own onboarding fees are the clearest anchors.
  5. Check the date on any benchmark. Several pages we cited earlier changed within months.

If you want a quote scoped to your users and data, book a short call or see how aibrevo prices projects.

FAQs

How much does CRM implementation cost in 2026?

It depends on the platform and team size. As a median of published USD agency prices, a small team pays about $1.5k to $3.5k on Pipedrive, $3k to $6k on HubSpot, $3k to $10k on Zoho and $10k to $25k on Salesforce or Dynamics 365. Mid-size rollouts run $5k to $150k, and enterprise rollouts $10k to $400k or more.

What is the cheapest CRM to implement?

Pipedrive, at about $1.5k to $3.5k for a small team, though only the small band is verified in USD. Airtable ($1.5k to $8k) and monday.com CRM ($2k to $5k) follow, with Airtable resting on one source. For mid-size and enterprise rollouts, the gap to Salesforce and Dynamics 365 is several times larger.

How much does Salesforce implementation cost?

As a median of 16 published agency and partner pages, $10k to $25k for a small team, $40k to $150k for mid-size and $150k to $400k or more for enterprise. Fixed-price QuickStart packages start lower, from about $2,100 to $10,000 for up to 10 to 25 users. Hourly consultant rates run roughly $100 to $250 for onshore partners.

Is HubSpot cheaper to implement than Salesforce?

Yes, at every size we measured. HubSpot is $3k to $6k small, $10k to $30k mid-size and $25k to $100k or more for enterprise, against $10k to $25k, $40k to $150k and $150k to $400k or more for Salesforce. HubSpot also charges its own onboarding fee, $1,500 or more per hub on secondary reports, which partners sometimes waive.

Why did you change your earlier implementation cost ranges?

We re-opened every source on October 15, 2026. Several had changed: the Salesforce page now reads higher, the Pipedrive page is now in euros, the monday.com page shows no price and the Dynamics page covers ERP, not CRM. We rebuilt every range from many published pages instead of relying on one source per platform.

How much do CRM consultants charge per hour?

In the pages we read, Salesforce consultants run about $100 to $250 an hour in the US, Dynamics 365 about $150 to $250, HubSpot about $120 to $300, and Zoho $80 to $200 in the US or UK and $20 to $50 in India. Offshore teams charge a fraction. We found no published monday.com partner hourly rate.

Do these CRM implementation costs include licences?

No. The ranges cover one-time services only: configuration, data import, integrations and training. They exclude licences or subscriptions, ongoing managed services, usage fees such as texts and AI credits, and tax. For licence prices, see our CRM pricing comparison, which prices the same platforms per user.
