monday, Pipedrive and Airtable Late October 2026 Updates: Harmony, Q3 Date, Airtable Automations

What monday.com, Pipedrive and Airtable published after October 14, 2026. monday launched Harmony voice AI on October 19 and set Q3 results for November 9. Airtable added automation and interface changes on October 19. Pipedrive has nothing new.

Part of the guide: monday CRM guide

Key takeaways

  • October 19, 2026: monday.com launched Harmony, a voice AI sales platform for mid-market and enterprise teams in the US, UK, Australia and Singapore. Pricing was not disclosed and the release does not mention monday CRM.
  • October 19, 2026: monday.com said it will report Q3 2026 results on Monday, November 9, 2026, with a call at 8:30 a.m. Eastern. That is after Elevate '26 on October 28 to 29.
  • October 19, 2026: Airtable's product team posted 15 changes, including an automation trigger for a field changing from one specific value to another, per-stack totals on Kanban views and list aggregations in interfaces. The post does not say which plans get them.
  • Pipedrive published nothing after October 14: its product updates page has no October section and its newsroom's newest item is dated September 30, 2026.
  • Airtable also posted on October 12 that it is parting ways with a large portion of its pre-acquisition team while saying plans and prices are unchanged. Our earlier Airtable page does not cover that post.

You came back to check whether anything changed at monday.com, Pipedrive or Airtable since our October 14 and October 17 pages, and you do not want to read three vendor sites to find out. Two things happened at monday.com on October 19, Airtable shipped a batch of automation and interface changes on the same day, and Pipedrive published nothing.

What changed at monday, Pipedrive and Airtable after October 14, 2026?

Three dated items from primary sources, and one vendor with no news. Every item below was checked on October 21, 2026.

Source, checked Oct 21, 2026: monday.com press releases page and investor relations releases, Airtable Community announcements, Pipedrive product updates and newsroom pages. Links are in the Sources section.

monday.com’s own CRM What’s New page was also re-read today. Its newest entry is still August 4 (“Route workflows based on human approval”), so there is no new CRM release to add to our monday CRM October 2026 updates page.

What is monday.com Harmony and does it come with monday CRM?

Harmony is a voice AI agent platform for sales teams, launched October 19, 2026, and the release does not say it is part of monday CRM. The press release is datelined Tel Aviv and New York, October 19, 2026, and describes models that each do one job (qualify a lead, capture data, handle an objection), with about 200 milliseconds from audio in to audio out. It says the platform runs on Twilio and that the voice technology was acquired from OneAI.

What the release lists:

  • Prospecting through pitching, with warm transfers to a live rep who gets a full briefing.
  • Call center features: unlimited phone numbers with branded caller ID, predictive and power dialing, inbound routing, and built-in consent and compliance controls.
  • Native CRM write-back to “major CRM platforms,” with none named.
  • Availability for mid-market and enterprise customers in the US, UK, Australia and Singapore, with more markets and languages planned. Pricing was not disclosed.

The numbers come from monday.com only. The subhead claims a contact rate of up to 70% and the release does not say how that was measured. The single customer example is Bright Car Finance, an FCA-regulated UK car finance broker. Its director says it handles about 2,500 approved applications a month, that conversion to finance agreements was about 5% before Harmony because leads went cold, that the agent qualifies about half its conversations and hands 80% of those to advisers live, and that deals closed rose 9% in less than a year. That is one buyer’s account in the vendor’s own announcement.

If you run monday CRM today, nothing on your boards changes. If you were already weighing an AI caller for speed-to-lead, the useful questions are the ones the release leaves open: which CRMs it writes back to, what it costs per minute or per seat, and how consent is recorded for the regions you call. monday’s AI features elsewhere draw on monthly credits, so read how monday AI credits work before you assume voice will be metered the same way, and check monday CRM plan limits 2026 for what your plan already includes.

When does monday.com report Q3 2026 results?

Monday, November 9, 2026, with a call at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time. monday.com’s investor relations release of October 19 gives dial-in numbers and says a live webcast link will be posted on ir.monday.com, with an archived replay afterwards in the News and Events section.

The date matters for one reason. Elevate ’26 runs October 28 to 29 in New York, so any product announcements land before the earnings call. The results page we published on October 1 covers the guidance monday.com gave in August, so read monday.com Q2 2026 results: what CRM customers should know for the numbers the November 9 report will be measured against. Treat the date as a calendar entry. The release carries no new financial information.

What did Airtable ship on October 19, 2026?

Fifteen changes, posted by Airtable’s product team on October 19, 2026 under the title “Automations, Interfaces & Navigation.” The post does not state which plans include them. Those that matter for a CRM built in Airtable:

Change What it does Why a CRM builder cares
Value-change trigger An automation fires when a field changes from one specific value to another Removes the helper field that stored the previous status
Single-record Find records Returns one record for later steps without scripting Simpler lookups of a contact or account
Match by record ID Find records can match the Airtable record ID directly No separate Record ID formula field
List aggregations Totals and summaries such as sum, count and average at the bottom of interface Lists Pipeline value on the page itself
Kanban stack totals A summary per stack, such as total deal value per stage Value per pipeline stage on the board
Frozen list columns First columns stay in view during horizontal scrolling Wide lead lists stay readable
Verdict Useful for deal-stage automations and pipeline views; no stated plan limits, so test first

Source, checked Oct 21, 2026: Airtable Community, Automations, Interfaces & Navigation, October 19, 2026. The post lists 15 changes; the table shows the six most relevant to sales workflows.

The remaining nine are editing and navigation items: bulk attachment download for a cell, arrow and Tab key fixes in expanded and linked-record cells, a full-screen formula editor, searching shared interfaces by base name, jumping to a page by pasting its URL, ratings filters, locked fields in grid elements, and a scope picker in Builder Hub that stays open for multi-select.

The trigger is the one to act on. If you track a deal status in Airtable, an automation that previously compared the current value with a stored copy can be simplified. Rebuild it on a copy of the base first, since the post does not say which plans have it. Record and API ceilings did not change in this post; see Airtable pricing and limits 2026 and the CRM API rate limits comparison.

Did Pipedrive release anything after October 14, 2026?

No. Pipedrive’s product updates page, read today, has September 2026 as its newest section, followed by August. Its newsroom lists Nova’s general availability on September 16 and a ranking announcement on September 30 as its newest items. Pipedrive’s support search returned no changelog entries we could use, so we are not claiming anything from there.

Everything we know about the last release batch, including Nova and the automation admin controls, is on our Pipedrive product updates 2026 page. If you are choosing between Pipedrive and monday, monday vs Pipedrive lays out the current differences.

What did Airtable announce just before October 14 that earlier coverage missed?

Four posts dated October 2 to 12, which are outside this page’s window but not on our Airtable and Bending Spoons page:

Date Post What it says
Oct 12 “Back to bases: What’s next at Airtable” (newsroom) Parting ways with a large portion of the pre-acquisition team; “nothing changes regarding your plan, price, or service offering”; monthly Core team releases; upgraded Omni, Airtable Canvas and a more powerful MCP in the coming weeks; agent permissions and an audit log for Enterprise in the coming months
Oct 9 Calendars, Comments and Permissions Separate add and delete permissions in interfaces, a calendar “Now” line, comment formatting
Oct 6 A major upgrade to Omni Multi-step jobs, file import (10 files at a time, 10 MB each), custom interface pages, automations built from a description; rolling out over several weeks, available now through AI Labs
Oct 2 Automations Improvements Unique automation caps raised to 75 (Free), 100 (Teams), 150 (Business) and 200 (Enterprise); run limits unchanged

Source, checked Oct 21, 2026: Airtable’s newsroom post of October 12 and the Airtable Community posts of October 2, 6 and 9.

The October 12 post matters most. It is the first public statement that Airtable’s team is being replaced in large part, and it comes with a roadmap that is still a forward-looking statement. A comment on the Community version asked when higher record limits in tables and bases would arrive, noting it had been expected around Q2 and was delayed; the post lists higher limits on records, fields and syncs as a Performance and Infrastructure team area with no date. If record limits are why you are considering a move, our Airtable to monday.com migration FAQ and monday vs Airtable cover the options.

What did we check and leave out?

We left out items that were not new after October 14.

  • monday.com’s support article “mondayDB 3.0” shows an updated date of October 20, 2026, but its created date is May 20 and its last edit is July 21, so the October 20 date is not a new release. It describes up to 10 million items in Data Sets on Enterprise accounts and says the rollout is a plan, not a commitment.
  • The monday.com What’s New page has no entry after August 4.
  • Pipedrive’s newsroom and product updates have nothing after September 30.
  • Airtable’s support release notes URL returned a 404 today, so the Community announcements and newsroom are the Airtable sources used here.

What this means for you

  • monday CRM admins: nothing to roll out. Put October 28 to 29 (Elevate) and November 9 (Q3 call) in your calendar and re-read the What’s New page afterwards. If voice AI is on your list, ask monday.com for the CRM list, pricing and consent handling before a pilot.
  • Airtable CRM builders: open a copy of your pipeline base and try the value-change trigger on your deal-status automation. Export the bases you depend on this week, because the October 12 post confirms heavy team changes while the roadmap is still being delivered.
  • Pipedrive users: no action. The September admin controls and MCP switch are still the latest.
  • Teams comparing tools: none of these items changes a price. The CRM pricing comparison is still the reference.

If you want a second opinion on whether to stay on Airtable, move to monday.com or add voice calling to your pipeline, see aibrevo’s monday.com implementation service, the Airtable service or contact us.

FAQs

What did monday.com announce after October 14, 2026?

Two things, both on October 19, 2026. It launched Harmony, a voice AI sales platform sold to mid-market and enterprise teams, and it announced that its Q3 2026 results call is on Monday, November 9 at 8:30 a.m. Eastern. Neither is a monday CRM feature release.

What is monday.com Harmony?

Harmony is a voice AI agent platform for sales teams. According to the October 19, 2026 press release it qualifies leads, handles objections, transfers calls to live reps with a briefing, and offers dialing, inbound routing, consent controls and CRM write-back. It is available in the US, UK, Australia and Singapore, and pricing is not disclosed.

Does Harmony come with monday CRM?

The press release does not say so. It does not mention monday CRM, it says Harmony integrates with major CRM platforms without naming any, and it gives no pricing. Treat it as a separate product until monday.com publishes details on how it connects to monday CRM boards and what it costs.

When does monday.com report Q3 2026 earnings?

Monday, November 9, 2026, with a call at 8:30 a.m. Eastern Time, according to monday.com's investor relations release of October 19. A replay is promised in the News and Events section of ir.monday.com. The company's Elevate conference comes first, on October 28 and 29 in New York.

What is the new Airtable automation trigger from October 2026?

On October 19, 2026 Airtable's product team said an automation can fire when a field changes from one specific value to another. Before, you needed a helper field holding the previous value. The post does not say which plans include it, so test it in your own workspace before you rebuild anything.

Did Airtable change prices after the Bending Spoons deal?

Not in anything we found. Airtable's October 12, 2026 post says nothing changes regarding plan, price or service offering. The October 2 post raised the cap on unique automations per plan, but said automation run limits are unchanged. Check the pricing page before renewal, since a statement is not a contract.

What did Pipedrive release in October 2026?

Nothing, as of October 21, 2026. Pipedrive's product updates page lists September 2026 as its newest month, and its newsroom's newest item is dated September 30. Its last large release was Nova, generally available on September 16. We will update this page if an October section appears.

Is Airtable laying off staff?

Airtable's October 12, 2026 post by its new product lead says it is parting ways with a large portion of the pre-acquisition team, who leave with substantial separation packages, and that Bending Spoons engineers, product managers and designers are joining. The post says customer engagement and support teams are staying. No headcount figure was given.

Are the Harmony results independently verified?

No. The release claims a contact rate of up to 70% without saying how it was measured. The one customer example is Bright Car Finance, a UK broker whose director says deals closed rose 9% in less than a year. Both figures come from monday.com's own release, so ask for your own pilot data.
