Key takeaways

  • Checked October 14, 2026: monday.com's CRM What's New page lists no October item. The newest entry is August 4 (a human approval step for AI Workflows). The page prints month and day but no year; its order places the entry in 2026.
  • July 2026 brought two automation items: Sidekick and MCP can create, read, delete and disable automations (July 9), and an MCP Block lets AI Workflows run actions in third-party apps with public MCP servers (July 16).
  • June 1 added AI Notetaker access in workflows, which can fill CRM fields after calls. On the page, the only item tagged CRM is Link deals to Quotes & Invoices (May 17).
  • Elevate '26 runs October 28 to 29, 2026 at the Javits Center in New York (press release of September 29, 2026). That release made no CRM-specific product announcement.

What did monday CRM release in October 2026?

No release is listed for October as of October 14, 2026. The monday.com What’s New page has as its newest entry “Route workflows based on human approval,” dated August 4, which adds an approval step to AI Workflows that branches on the response. The page prints month and day but not the year; the entries sit above March 15 items and a December 23 item, so the August 4 entry is from 2026. This page reports only what the page shows and does not fill the gap with guesses.

Which of these matter for CRM automation?

Three items change how a sales team can automate.

Approval inside an AI workflow (August 4). A workflow can now pause for a human decision and branch on the answer. For a CRM this fits discount approvals, lead hand-offs and AI-drafted emails that a manager should see first.

MCP both ways (July 9 and July 16). Sidekick and MCP can manage automations without the UI (July 9), and the MCP Block lets an AI Workflow call third-party apps that publish a public MCP server (July 16). If you already connect monday to other tools with a middleware tool, this is a native alternative to test. For tool-by-tool setups see our monday CRM Slack, Gmail and Zoom integration guide and monday CRM API integration guide.

Notetaker data in workflows (June 1). Workflows can use AI Notetaker data to surface action items and fill CRM fields after calls. Because monday’s AI features run on monthly credits on top of seats, check your credit allowance before switching this on for a whole team. Our AI credits FAQ explains how they are metered.

Not every item is for CRM buyers. Most items from May to August are tagged Platform, Service, Dev or Work Management. The one item clearly tagged CRM is the Quotes & Invoices link on May 17; the meeting-transcript MCP item is CRM-related but its tag read differently between page reads. Plan limits on quotes and automations still decide what you can use; see monday CRM plan limits 2026.

What is monday.com’s next chance to announce CRM features?

Elevate ’26. A September 29, 2026 press release says the conference runs October 28 to 29, 2026 at the Javits Center in New York City, with a Certification Day on October 27 and a four-hour workshop where attendees build a working AI agent. It also announces the Done Awards, with winners named on October 29. The release mentions CRM once, in the company boilerplate, and announces no CRM product. Treat any CRM feature news as unconfirmed until monday.com publishes it.

Two other recent monday.com dates are not CRM releases. The October 8, 2026 press release is a Gartner Magic Quadrant placement for collaborative work management (see what it means for a CRM buyer). The August 10 and July 22 financial and restructuring news are covered in monday.com Q2 2026 results: what CRM customers should know, so they are not repeated here.

What this means for you

  • Admins: there is nothing new to roll out this month. Review the July and August items if you have not, especially the approval step and the MCP Block.
  • Teams comparing CRMs: do not wait for Elevate to decide. Price and limits are on the plans today; our CRM pricing comparison puts monday CRM next to seven others.
  • Everyone: re-check the What’s New page after October 29. This page will be updated if monday.com lists CRM items.

If you want help turning these features into a working pipeline, see aibrevo’s monday.com implementation service.

No price change appears in the What's New page items. The CRM seat prices we last recorded were $12, $17 and $28 billed yearly (see our plan limits page, checked October 14, 2026). AI features use credits on top of seats, which is covered in our monday.com Q2 2026 results page.

How often does monday.com update its CRM?

The What's New page shows batches rather than a steady stream. It lists about 25 items dated May 17 and none after August 4. Many items are tagged Platform, Service or Dev rather than CRM, so a CRM admin should scan the full list, not only the CRM tag.
