How Much Does a GoHighLevel Agency Plan Cost?

Quick answer

GoHighLevel's three self-serve agency plans cost $97 (Starter), $297 (Unlimited) and $497 (Agency Pro) a month, or $970, $2,970 and $4,970 a year, with a 14 day trial. Enterprise is custom. Texts, calls, email, AI and A2P fees are billed on top, so the plan is the floor of the bill, not the bill.

Key takeaways

  • The three self-serve plans are Starter $97, Unlimited $297 and Agency Pro $497 a month, or $970, $2,970 and $4,970 billed yearly, which saves $194, $594 and $994 (HighLevel pricing page, checked Oct 25, 2026).
  • Starter includes 3 sub-accounts. Unlimited adds unlimited sub-accounts and phone and email rebilling at cost. Agency Pro adds SaaS Mode, rebilling with markup and advanced API access.
  • Usage is separate: US texts, calls, email, AI and A2P registration are billed per unit from a prepaid wallet. The detail lives on our GoHighLevel pricing hub.
  • There is no long-term contract and every plan has a 14 day free trial, with usage-based fees possible during the trial.

The plan costs $97, $297 or $497 a month. Those are GoHighLevel’s three self-serve agency plans, called Starter, Unlimited and Agency Pro, and they are the same plans a single business uses; “agency” is HighLevel’s account type, not a separate price list. HighLevel’s pricing page (checked Oct 25, 2026) lists each at a yearly price that equals ten months. Enterprise is custom, and you speak to HighLevel for it.

Plan Monthly Billed yearly Yearly saving Sub-accounts

Agency Pro $497 $4,970 $994 Unlimited

What is in each plan?

Contacts and users are unlimited on all three. What changes is how many sub-accounts you get, what you can rebill and what the API allows.

All three have a 14 day free trial, and HighLevel says it is month to month with no long-term contract. What does the plan not cover?

It does not cover usage. Every text, call, email, phone number and AI action is billed per unit from a prepaid wallet, and several add-ons bill on their own. The figures below are the US rates on HighLevel’s pages, checked Oct 25, 2026.

Item Amount
US text segment $0.00747, plus a carrier fee of $0.0035 to $0.0050 outbound
Outbound call $0.0166 a minute
Email $0.675 per 1,000
AI Employee $50 or $97 a month per enabled sub-account, or pay-per-use tokens
US texting registration (A2P 10DLC) $22.50 or $64 one time, then $1.50 to $10 a month per campaign
Add-ons HIPAA $297, white label app $497, Premium support $500 a month

An illustrative agency month, using only listed prices: the $297 plan, AI Employee Growth on 2 client sub-accounts ($100) and WhatsApp on 3 ($30) comes to $427 before any usage. Texts, calls and email are extra, and they are where most bills grow. Put your own volumes into the GoHighLevel pricing calculator, or read the full breakdown on the GoHighLevel pricing hub, which owns this topic in depth. The add-on price list has the rest, and the AI line has its own page: how much do GoHighLevel AI agents cost.

Which plan does an agency actually need?

Start on Starter if you run your own business and up to three client accounts. Move to Unlimited when you pass three sub-accounts or want to rebill phone and email at cost. Pick Agency Pro only if you will resell GoHighLevel under your own brand, mark up usage or need advanced API access; the build and pricing side of that is in how much white-label GoHighLevel costs. If you are still choosing between systems, the GoHighLevel vs Salesforce comparison shows where the all-in-one price stops being an advantage, and migrating off GoHighLevel covers leaving.

The plan fee buys software. Getting it built and registered is a separate cost: see the setup guide for the order of work, or how to compare experts if you want it done for you. aibrevo publishes its own GoHighLevel build prices at $1,499 to $4,999 for a single business and $3,999 to $6,999 for white-label SaaS; HighLevel’s fees are billed by HighLevel on top.

FAQs

What does the GoHighLevel $297 plan include?

Everything in Starter plus unlimited sub-accounts, rebilling of phone and email usage at cost with no markup, and basic API access, per HighLevel's pricing page checked Oct 25, 2026. Contacts and users are unlimited on every plan. Rebilling with markup, SaaS Mode and advanced API access need the $497 plan.

Is there a GoHighLevel plan called SaaS Pro?

Some older and third-party material uses that name for the $497 plan. HighLevel's pricing page labels the plan Agency Pro and describes it as the plan for agencies going SaaS, and its pricing FAQ refers to the Pro plan at $497. They are the same tier.

Does GoHighLevel charge per user or per contact?

Not in the plan fee. HighLevel lists unlimited contacts and unlimited users on every plan. The per-seat style charges come from usage and add-ons, for example $50 or $97 a month per sub-account for AI Employee, not from the plan.

Can I switch GoHighLevel plans later?

Yes. HighLevel says you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel from your dashboard, that there is no long-term contract, and that an upgrade mid-month is charged as the prorated difference. Moving from Starter to Unlimited is the common step once you need more than 3 sub-accounts.

What does GoHighLevel cost on top of the agency plan?

Usage and optional add-ons. In the US a text segment is $0.00747 plus a carrier fee, an outbound call minute $0.0166, and email $0.675 per 1,000 (checked Oct 25, 2026). AI plans are $50 or $97 a month per sub-account, and US texting registration is a one-time $22.50 or $64 plus a monthly campaign fee.

Is the annual plan worth it?

Annual billing equals ten months of the monthly price, so it saves two months a year: $194 on Starter, $594 on Unlimited and $994 on Agency Pro. It only makes sense once you are sure of the tier, because the trial is 14 days and you cannot test the plan for a year first.
