Carrier fees depend on which networks your contacts use, so the total shows a low and high figure. Taxes and international rates are not included.
How the total is calculated
The plan fee is fixed. Everything else is metered through the wallet in your HighLevel account: each text segment, each call minute, each email and each rented number. On the Unlimited and Agency Pro plans these charges can be rebilled to client sub-accounts, so an agency's own net cost can be lower than this total. On Starter there is no rebilling, so the business pays it all.

How much does GoHighLevel really cost per month?
The plan is $97, $297 or $497 a month, and usage is billed on top. One business on Starter sending 2,000 outbound texts, making 500 minutes of outbound calls and sending 10,000 emails pays $97 for the plan, $1.15 for a number, $14.94 for texts, $7 to $10 in carrier fees, $8.30 for calls, $6.75 for email and $10 for the A2P campaign. That is about $145 to $148 a month before any AI plan.
Are carrier fees included in GoHighLevel's SMS price?
No. HighLevel's $0.00747 per segment is its own rate. US carriers add their own pass-through fee per message, listed in HighLevel's LC Phone guide at $0.0035 (AT&T) to $0.005 (Verizon) per outbound text. The calculator shows a low and high figure because the carrier mix of your contacts decides the real number.
Is the annual GoHighLevel plan cheaper?
Yes. Annual billing is $970, $2,970 or $4,970 a year, which works out to about $80.83, $247.50 or $414.17 a month. That is roughly two months free compared with paying monthly.
Does the calculator include the A2P 10DLC registration fee?
It shows the one-time fee separately ($22.50 for sole proprietor and low-volume standard brands, $64 for high-volume standard) and adds the $10 monthly standard campaign fee to the monthly total. HighLevel passes these through from The Campaign Registry and carriers without markup.
Does this include what aibrevo charges?
No. This is what HighLevel bills you. aibrevo's own setup fee is a separate one-time cost, published on the pricing page: $500 – $4,000 for a single-business CRM build at the time of writing.
