How Do You Find a monday.com Certified Partner?
Quick answer
Use monday.com's partner directory at monday.com/gotopartners/directory. Each listing shows the partner's tier (Bronze, Silver, Gold or Platinum), countries, languages, products, rate or starting price, agency size, rating and projects in the past 12 months. Certifications are free for partners, non-transferable between people and renewed every year.

Key takeaways
- The place to look is monday.com's own partner directory. At the time of checking it listed 209 partners, each with tier, countries, languages, products, a rate or starting price, agency size, rating and projects in the past 12 months (monday.com, Oct 25, 2026).
- monday.com's tiers are Authorized, Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Gold and Platinum can be reached through professional services delivery, and Platinum-level delivery partners earn an Advanced Delivery Partner badge (partner programme guide, checked Oct 25, 2026).
- Certifications are free for partners, non-transferable between people and must be renewed annually, so ask for the person's name as well as the company's logo.
- A directory listing and a tier are monday.com's view of a partner. They do not replace a reference for a build like yours. An independent expert may not be a partner at all.
- In the first nine listings of the directory, published rates ran from $190 to $258 an hour (six partners) or from $2,500 to $6,500 a project (three partners), a small sample sorted by best match.
The place to find a monday.com certified partner is monday.com’s own partner directory at monday.com/gotopartners/directory, which on Oct 25, 2026 listed 209 partners. Each listing shows a tier, countries, languages, products, a rate, agency size, a customer rating and projects done in the past 12 months. The rest of this page explains how to read a listing and what the tier names mean. What does a listing in the monday.com partner directory show?
A listing shows the partner’s tier, any delivery badge, the countries and languages it works in, the monday products it covers, a rate or starting price, agency size, a rating and its project count for the past 12 months. This is the data on the first nine listings of the directory as it displayed on Oct 25, 2026, sorted by best match, which are all Platinum partners.
| Directory field | What the first nine listings showed |
|---|---|
| Tier | All nine Platinum |
| Badge | “Advanced delivery” on all nine |
| Countries | United States on all nine, Canada on five, France on one |
| Pricing | Six hourly rates ($190, $200, $200, $200, $225, $258) and three starting-at project prices ($2,500, $3,000, $6,500) |
| Agency size | From 1 to 10 people up to 50+ |
| Products | All nine list monday CRM and monday work management |
| Projects in the past 12 months | From 1 to 616 |

It is a small sample sorted by relevance, so treat the rates as one data point, not a market price. The median of the six hourly rates is $200. We could not filter by country in a text read; use the directory’s own filters for the UK, Australia or any other country. For market bands rather than hourly rates, see our CRM implementation cost benchmark.
What are the monday.com partner tiers?
The tiers are Authorized, Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. The names mark how far a partner has progressed through monday.com’s programme, which combines certifications with revenue and delivery numbers.
| Tier | What monday.com says it is | What to read into it |
|---|---|---|
| Authorized | Entry-level starting point; engage with the programme and deliver early customer value | A new partner; check experience separately |
| Bronze | Early-stage channel partner working with a Bronze partner manager | An early-stage channel partner; check delivery experience separately |
| Silver | More revenue streams and visibility, with a channel partner manager | Receives leads from monday.com |
| Gold | Operates at scale, with enhanced customer success collaboration | Professional services Gold needs 2 certified implementation consultants |
| Platinum | Top tier, a strategic extension of monday.com with priority lead access | Professional services Platinum needs 3 implementation consultants and a developer |
Source: monday.com partner programme guide, checked Oct 25, 2026. The guide ties the Gold professional services level to 40 projects or 3,000 hours a year, a customer satisfaction score of 4.7 out of 5 and at least a 50 percent survey response rate. Platinum asks for 70 projects or 5,000 hours with the same score. monday.com’s partner page says leads go to partners in the Silver, Gold and Platinum tiers, and the guide’s own table shows the directory listing is not enabled for the two lowest tiers, so an Authorized or Bronze partner may not be in it.
What do monday.com’s certifications and badges prove?
They prove that named people passed monday.com’s training and that the partner meets minimum volume and satisfaction numbers. They do not prove the quality of a particular build. Facts monday.com states:
- Certifications are free for all partners, taken through its partner academy after an application is accepted (monday.com partners page, checked Oct 25, 2026).
- Certifications are non-transferable between partner personnel and must be renewed annually (partner programme guide).
- Customer satisfaction scores are updated twice a year from email and telephone surveys across the customer lifecycle (partner programme guide).
- Besides tiers, there is a “monday CRM specialist” badge. Its requirements are 10 Enterprise CRM deals, $200K ARR from the product, $25K partner-sourced new business ARR, and certifications in CRM sales, CRM implementation and professional services sponsorship.
- An Advanced Delivery Partner badge gives priority listing in directory search and a dedicated badge on the profile.
Because the certification belongs to a person, a company logo alone proves little. Ask for the builder’s name, and ask which certification that person holds and when it was last renewed. The five-step version of that check, and the questions about a sample build, are in the verification section of our expert page.
What if the right person is not in the directory?
A missing listing is a question, not proof of a problem. Authorized and Bronze partners do not appear in the directory according to the guide, and some capable independents are not partners at all. If you are considering an unlisted provider, ask why, ask for a named reference for a similar build and ask for the scope with exclusions in writing. monday.com also sells its own fixed implementation packages, which our implementation services page compares with agency pricing. If your setup is simple, the setup steps cover the DIY route.
