monday.com is a public company (NASDAQ: MNDY), so unlike most CRM vendors its numbers are audited and published every quarter. Every figure on this page comes from its earnings releases, its SEC filings or its own product pages, with the date of each. Last checked October 1, 2026, against the Q2 2026 results released August 10, 2026.
monday.com revenue
| Period | Revenue | Growth | Source |
|---|---|---|---|
| Full year 2025 | $1,232.0M | 27% | Q4 and FY2025 results, February 9, 2026 |
| Q4 2025 | $333.9M | 25% | Same release |
| Q2 2026 | $364.6M | 22% | Q2 2026 results, August 10, 2026 |
| Q3 2026 (guidance) | $368M to $370M | 16% to 17% | Same release |
| Full year 2026 (guidance) | $1,466M to $1,474M | 19% to 20% | Same release |
Non-GAAP operating income in Q2 2026 was $61.1 million, a 17% margin, against $45.1 million a year earlier. On a GAAP basis the quarter showed an operating loss of $1.5 million, which included $21.4 million of restructuring charges.
Growth is slowing from 27% in 2025 toward 19% to 20% in 2026, while profit is rising. For a customer, that combination usually means more attention on upselling existing accounts and on higher-priced plans, which is worth knowing at renewal time.
Customers
monday.com had more than 250,000 customers at the end of 2025, according to its Form 20-F annual report. Its quarterly results track the larger accounts:
| Customer group, as of June 30, 2026 | Count | One year earlier | Growth | Share of ARR |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Paid customers with more than 10 users | 65,783 | 61,803 | 6% | 82% |
| Paying more than $50,000 a year | 4,834 | 3,702 | 31% | 43% |
| Paying more than $100,000 a year | 2,019 | 1,472 | 37% | 30% |
| Paying more than $500,000 a year | 114 | 68 | 68% | 7% |
The pattern is clear: the number of large accounts is growing five times faster than the number of mid-sized ones. monday.com is moving up-market, and accounts above $500,000 a year grew 68%.
Net dollar retention
Net dollar retention (NDR) measures how much existing customers spend this year compared with last year, after upgrades, extra seats, downgrades and cancellations. In Q2 2026 it was:
| Customer group | NDR |
|---|---|
| All customers | 109% |
| More than 10 users | 113% |
| More than $50,000 ARR | 115% |
| More than $100,000 ARR | 115% |
At the end of 2025 overall NDR was 110%, and 116% for the two largest groups, so expansion inside existing accounts has eased slightly this year.
monday CRM
monday CRM passed $100 million in ARR roughly three years after launch, announced in the Q2 2025 results and on monday.com’s blog in August 2025. The monday CRM product page says more than 35,000 customers use it (checked October 1, 2026; the page carries no date).
monday.com does not report CRM revenue separately each quarter, so there is no verified CRM figure after August 2025. Any newer “monday CRM ARR” number you see online is an estimate. In 2025 monday.com expanded CRM into a suite by adding monday campaigns, according to its 20-F.
For buyers, the growth matters mainly as a signal that the CRM product is a core line, not a side feature. Whether it fits your sales team is a different question, covered in is monday.com a real CRM and monday CRM vs monday work management.
AI
ARR from monday.com’s AI products doubled from Q1 to Q2 2026 and made up 17% of net new ARR in the quarter, per the Q2 release. In May 2026 the company repositioned itself as an “AI work platform”. Its Q1 2026 results (May 11, 2026) describe a new seats-plus-credits pricing model, where AI features use monthly credits on top of the per-seat price.
Employees and the 2026 restructuring
monday.com had 3,155 employees on December 31, 2025: 1,729 in Israel, 755 in the Americas, 514 in Europe and 157 in Asia-Pacific (Form 20-F). On July 22, 2026 it announced a restructuring cutting about 20% of the workforce, mostly in roles that do not face customers, with $45 million to $55 million in net charges and completion expected by the end of 2026 (Form 6-K). What it means for customers is covered in our news post on the Q2 results.
Contracted revenue
Remaining performance obligations, the value of signed contracts not yet billed, were $937 million at June 30, 2026, up 34%. The current portion, due within 12 months, was $750 million, up 27%. Growth in contracted revenue faster than in revenue suggests customers are signing longer or larger commitments.
