Does monday CRM Have a Mobile App?
Quick answer
Yes. monday CRM runs inside the regular monday.com app on iPhone and Android, and monday's help center says the CRM boards, Emails & Activities and call summaries work there. A separate iPhone app called monday CRM, built around AI agents and a Notetaker, was listed on the App Store in August 2026. Offline mode differs between iOS and Android.

Key takeaways
- monday CRM does not have its own app for most users. You open the monday.com app on iOS or Android, go to the workspace where monday CRM is installed, and tap Contacts, Leads, Accounts or Deals. monday's help center says the mobile CRM is an extension of the web product, not a replacement.
- A second, separate app exists on iPhone only. The App Store listing for monday CRM (version 1.2, updated Oct 5) is built around AI agent chat and a Notetaker, needs iOS 17.0 or later and says a monday CRM subscription is required. We could not confirm an Android version.
- Offline mode is real but uneven. monday's offline article says iOS can change a column value and does not support the Emails & Activities timeline offline. Android can also create, rename, delete and move items, and create, view and delete timeline activities.
- Phone numbers and emails cannot be added to a contact for the first time on mobile. You can call, text and email from a contact card, and a call summary opens after the call, but the first entry has to happen on the web.
- monday has desktop apps for Windows and Mac, and monday's desktop article says you can stay productive online or offline. The same article lists an MSI installer for Windows only.
Yes, monday CRM has a mobile app, but for most accounts it is the regular monday.com app on iOS or Android, not a separate CRM download. You install monday.com, open the workspace where your CRM lives, and tap Contacts, Leads, Accounts or Deals. A separate iPhone app named monday CRM also exists, and it does a different job.
Checked on October 21, 2026. We read monday’s help-center articles on monday CRM on mobile, the mobile apps, offline mode, home screen quick actions, the desktop app, the agents app and notifications. We also read the App Store listing for monday CRM and the Google Play listing for monday.com. Where a page did not say something, we say so instead of guessing.
Which monday app do I download for monday CRM?
Download the monday.com app for the everyday CRM, and treat the iPhone-only monday CRM app as an add-on for AI agents and meeting notes. The two apps overlap in name more than in function.
| App | Platforms | What it is for | Needs |
|---|---|---|---|
| monday.com | iOS, Android | Boards, items, notifications, and monday CRM’s four core boards with Emails & Activities | A monday account. For CRM, an installed monday CRM product |
| monday CRM (monday.com Ltd.) | iPhone listed. iOS 17.0 or later | Chat with CRM AI agents, an activity feed of what agents did, and a Notetaker for in-person meetings | A monday CRM subscription, per the listing |
| monday agents app | iOS, Android | Chat with monday sidekick and any AI agent you own or can access, plus voice mode | Same availability rules as sidekick and agents on the web |

The App Store listing shows monday CRM at version 1.2, updated Oct 5, size 135.6 MB, with no ratings yet. Its release notes only say to send feedback, so they tell you nothing about features. We saw no Google Play listing for an Android monday CRM app, so we treat Android as unconfirmed.
monday’s own mobile article states the design intent in plain terms: the mobile experience “is not meant to replace the web experience, but rather to enhance it.” If you are choosing a CRM and want to know how the product behaves on the phone before you buy, this is the line to plan around. Our monday CRM guide covers the product as a whole, and monday CRM vs monday work management explains why the same app shows different boards depending on what is installed.
How do I download the monday.com app?
Search for monday.com in the App Store or Google Play, or use the Get mobile app link inside your account. monday’s mobile apps article gives the steps.
- Sign in to monday.com in a browser or the desktop app.
- Click your profile picture in the top right corner and choose Get mobile app.
- Scan the QR code, or enter your mobile number and get a link sent to your phone.
- Open the app and log in with your email, or with a Google account (or Apple account on iOS).
- Android only: the device needs access to the Google Play Store, which monday lists as a requirement.
On Google Play the monday.com listing shows 5M+ downloads and was updated Oct 18, 2026. The title of the listing is monday.com, so that is the name to search for, not monday CRM. If you want the AI agents app, monday says a QR code appears in sidekick’s mini home on the web and an in-app banner appears in the main monday mobile app.
What can I do in monday CRM on mobile?
You can work the four core boards, reply to email, add activities and call from a record. Per monday’s monday CRM on mobile article (updated Aug 26, 2026), the mobile experience gives you access to the Leads, Deals, Accounts and Contacts boards.
- Contacts, leads, deals and accounts. Each tab lists the records from the web boards. Tapping a record opens a card with every email and activity logged in Emails & Activities. You can sort leads by name, account name or created date, and deals by group, name, date, account or deal stage.
- Calling and texting. From a contact with a phone number you can call, copy the number or send an SMS. After the call, monday says a call summary is created where you add notes.
- Emails. You can reply to earlier communication through Emails & Activities, or open your phone’s email client from the card.
- New activities. Tap the blue plus button on a record to add a note, meeting, call summary or custom activity. A microphone button turns speech into text.
- Editing. On a full item page, the Edit button lets you change any field and save it for the team.
- Data validation. Rules you set on the web apply to mobile entries too, so records coming in from the field stay complete.
- Leaderboard widget. monday lists the Leaderboard widget in the mobile CRM so managers can watch rep performance.
Emails & Activities needs a connected inbox to send and reply. We did not verify from monday’s mobile article where to connect it, so set it up on the web first. Our guides show how for Outlook and Gmail.
How do I log a call or note quickly on mobile?
Use the Quick actions and shortcuts card on the app’s home screen. monday’s quick actions article lists it for the Standard, Pro and Ultimate plans.
- Open the monday.com app and find the Quick actions & shortcuts card on the home screen.
- Choose Note, Meeting or Call summary.
- Type, or tap the microphone to dictate.
- Search for or pick the lead, contact, account or deal to attach it to. You only see items you are allowed to view.
- Check the type and date, then tap Save.
Two limits from the same article: draft saving is not supported, so leaving the screen before you associate and save the activity loses the text, and the home screen widget for logging activities is available on Android only. The board you picked last is preselected next time.
What does not work on monday CRM mobile?
Several things are still web-only or platform-specific. The list below comes straight from monday’s articles.
- First-time phone numbers and emails. monday says you must enter a contact’s phone number and email on the web. Mobile can use them, but cannot add them for the first time.
- Card list view. monday’s note says it is available on Android only, and an iOS version is “in the works.” The article is dated Aug 26, 2026, so check the app if you need it.
- Building dashboards. monday’s dashboards article says dashboards are created on desktop and can only be viewed on mobile, with no edits.
- Trial accounts and board views. monday’s board views article says mobile board views are available only for paying accounts, in line with Apple and Google store policies.
- Older accounts. The mobile CRM requires a subscription from May 20, 2022 or later, per the CRM mobile article.
- Business card scanning. We searched monday’s help center and found no mobile CRM business card scanner. If you saw one in the app, treat it as unconfirmed until it appears in a monday article.
Does monday CRM work offline on mobile?
Offline mode exists and turns on by itself, but what you can do depends on your phone. monday’s offline mode article (updated May 18, 2026) says there is nothing to switch on, and that you can carry out about 70% of board actions offline.
| Offline action | iOS | Android |
|---|---|---|
| Change a column value | Yes | Yes |
| Create, rename or delete an item | Not listed | Yes |
| Delete a column or group | Not listed | Yes |
| Change an item’s position | Not listed | Yes |
| Emails & Activities timeline | Not supported | Create, view and delete |
| Receive new notifications | No | No |

Three behaviours to plan for. Changes are held and uploaded one by one once you reconnect. If someone else edited the same item meanwhile, your change overrides theirs. And monday says there is currently no indicator that tells you you are working offline. For a field team that logs notes at a customer site, that last point matters: a rep on Android can create timeline activities offline, while a rep on iOS cannot.
The newer iPhone monday CRM app has its own offline claim. Its listing says the Notetaker can record in-person meetings even offline, and recordings sync when you reconnect, get transcribed and are logged to the CRM. That is the store listing’s description, not a help-center article.
Does monday CRM have a desktop app?
Yes, through the monday.com desktop app, which is available for Windows and Mac. monday’s desktop app article says you download it by searching monday.com in your macOS or Windows app store or by using the links in the article.
The desktop app is the whole monday.com workspace, so it also covers the question “does monday work management have a desktop app”: yes, it is the same app, and it opens whatever products you have installed. There is no separate CRM desktop download. monday’s article adds that an MSI installer for Windows lets IT teams roll the app out to many computers with one command, and that the installer link exists for Windows only. The article says the app keeps you productive “whether you’re online or offline,” but it does not list which actions work offline, so we cannot give you a table for desktop.
Most of what matters for CRM setup, such as building dashboards and adding phone numbers to contacts the first time, still happens in the browser or desktop app. The phone is for working the pipeline. If you plan the rollout, monday CRM pricing explained and our plan limits research show which plan you need before the team starts using it.
Mobile vs web: what is the difference in monday CRM?
Use the web for building and the phone for working. The table sums up what monday’s articles say.
| Task | Mobile app | Web or desktop |
|---|---|---|
| Open Leads, Deals, Accounts, Contacts | Yes | Yes |
| Reply to email, review past communication | Yes, after connecting an inbox | Yes |
| Connect a Gmail or Outlook inbox | Not covered in monday’s mobile CRM article | Yes |
| Add a note, meeting or call summary | Yes, with voice to text | Yes |
| Log a call from a contact card | Yes, call summary opens after the call | Not applicable |
| Add a phone number or email for the first time | No | Yes |
| Create dashboards | No, view only | Yes |
| Edit board columns and automations | Not listed in the CRM mobile article | Yes |
| Work offline | iOS: column values. Android: items, columns, groups, timeline | Not itemised in monday’s desktop article |
| Home screen logging widget | Android only | Not applicable |
| Verdict | Best for pipeline updates, calls and notes in the field | Best for setup, reporting and anything structural |

The verdict is simple: if your reps live in meetings and cars, the mobile app covers the daily loop of call, note and stage change. It does not replace the admin work. Builders still need the web to set up boards, automation recipes and views. Whether monday behaves like a full sales CRM at all is a separate question, which we cover in is monday a real CRM.
Do notifications work in the monday CRM app?
Yes, push notifications arrive in the monday.com app, and they follow your bell notifications. monday’s notifications explained article defines mobile notifications as alerts sent to the app on your device, synonymous with your bell notifications. If they show on desktop but not on your phone, monday says to confirm push notifications are enabled for the app in your device settings and that the app is up to date.
When should you ask for help?
Ask when a sales team of more than a handful of people moves onto monday CRM and the mobile experience matters, for example when field reps need inbox connections, call logging habits and validation rules set up consistently before day one. Our monday.com implementation service covers CRM rollouts for teams like that, and you can contact us with your seat count and workflow. If your team is an agency, monday CRM for agencies shows how we usually set it up.
Founder’s note, Alpit Patel. Field reps judge a CRM by what it does on a phone, and I hear that a lot. My rule: test the three actions your reps do most on the app before rolling it out, and write down what only works on the web. I founded aibrevo in San Francisco in 2021, and through autoesta I have overseen 320+ GoHighLevel implementation projects across med spas, real estate, healthcare, dental, home services, SaaS and professional-services clients in the US, UK and UAE.
