What Is the Difference Between Zoho CRM and Zoho CRM Plus?

Quick answer

Zoho CRM is one sales app sold in five editions. Zoho CRM Plus is a bundle of CRM plus the marketing, support and analytics apps, sold in two editions. Here is what each includes, what each costs per user, and which one fits.

Key takeaways

  • Zoho CRM is one app, the sales CRM, sold in Free, Standard, Professional, Enterprise and Ultimate editions. Zoho CRM Plus is a bundle that puts the CRM together with Campaigns, Desk, SalesIQ, Projects, Social, Survey and Analytics, sold in two editions, Starter and Enterprise.
  • On the US-dollar price file Zoho's pages load, checked October 21, 2026, CRM Enterprise is $40 per user per month billed annually and CRM Plus Enterprise is $57. CRM Plus Starter is $20. Zoho shows prices in your local currency, so check yours.
  • Zoho CRM sends mass email from the CRM itself, capped per organization per day by edition (250 on Standard up to 2,000 on Ultimate). Zoho's help says that does not replace dedicated campaign software. CRM Plus includes Zoho Campaigns.
  • The email channel in Zoho CRM (Setup, Channels, Email) connects a mailbox so one-to-one email lands on the record. It is for conversations, and it does not do newsletters or journeys.
  • Zoho One is a different product again: 45+ apps, licensed for every employee or for flexible users. Zoho's pages do not say whether CRM Plus is part of it, so confirm that before you buy both.

You priced Zoho CRM Enterprise at $40 per user, then found CRM Plus at $57 with a dozen apps attached, and you cannot tell whether the extra $17 buys anything your team will use.

What is the difference between Zoho CRM and Zoho CRM Plus?

Zoho CRM is one app, the sales CRM, and Zoho CRM Plus is a bundle that puts that CRM together with Zoho’s marketing, support, survey, project and analytics apps under one login and one customer record. Zoho’s own pages say the bundle gives you the highest edition of each service, though they do not name which CRM edition sits inside it.

The rest is licensing and money. Zoho CRM is sold in five editions (Free, Standard, Professional, Enterprise, Ultimate), each one a different feature level of the same app. CRM Plus is sold in two (Starter, Enterprise), and each one is a different set of apps. Everything below comes from Zoho’s pricing and help pages, fetched on October 21, 2026.

If only sales works in the system, CRM Plus is mostly paying for apps nobody opens. If marketing and support also need the same customer records, buying the apps separately means paying for each one and wiring them together yourself. Our Zoho CRM pricing calculator prices the CRM side by team size.

What is Zoho CRM Plus?

Zoho CRM Plus is what Zoho calls a unified customer experience platform: one subscription that connects the sales, marketing and service teams and shares customer information between them. Zoho’s help overview says it brings together 16 applications under sales, marketing, support, analytics, team management and communication.

The count varies by page, which is worth knowing before you compare notes with a Zoho rep. The CRM Plus product page says the platform combines “eight powerful sales, marketing, and service tools” but lists fifteen. The help overview says 16. The pricing page FAQ adds Zoho Meeting to the list. Treat the list on your own pricing page, on the day you buy, as the one that counts.

CRM Plus comes in two editions. Starter is the small-team edition and Enterprise is the full one. Zoho’s pricing page lists Starter as covering sales, marketing, help desk, live chat, social media, projects, surveys and analytics. Enterprise adds website performance, events, webinars, team collaboration, brand management and marketing automation. The pricing page also shows limits that move with the edition: Starter has 2,500 workflow rules and 5 CRM Marketplace extensions, and Enterprise adds 100 Blueprints per organization. If process control matters to you, read how Blueprint works in Zoho CRM first.

What apps are included in Zoho CRM Plus?

Zoho’s CRM Plus product page lists these apps, with Zoho’s own one-line descriptions.

Source: zoho.com/crmplus (app list) and zoho.com/crmplus/pricing.html (edition split), checked Oct 21, 2026. Zoho’s pricing page labels Starter as covering “Sales, Marketing, Help desk, Live chat, Social media, Projects, Surveys, Analytics”, so the edition column maps the product-page apps onto those labels.

How much does Zoho CRM Plus cost per user?

On the US-dollar prices Zoho’s pages load, CRM Plus Starter is $20 per user per month billed annually, and CRM Plus Enterprise is $57. Month to month they are $25 and $69. We checked on October 21, 2026.

One caveat first. Zoho picks the currency from where you are. The CRM Plus pricing page we fetched rendered rupees (Starter at ₹1,200 annually and ₹1,500 monthly, Enterprise at ₹2,900 and ₹3,500). The dollar figures below come from the price file that same page loads, which holds one column per currency. If you are not buying in dollars, open the page yourself and read your own column. Zoho adds local taxes (VAT, GST and similar) on top of every price.

Edition Billed annually, per user per month Month to month, per user per month
Zoho CRM Free (3 users) $0 $0
Zoho CRM Standard $14 $20
Zoho CRM Professional $23 $35
Zoho CRM Enterprise $40 $50
Zoho CRM Ultimate $52 $65
Zoho CRM Plus Starter $20 $25
Zoho CRM Plus Enterprise $57 $69
Zoho One, all-employee pricing $37 $45
Zoho One, flexible user pricing $90 $105

Source: zoho.com/crm/pricing, zoho.com/crmplus/pricing.html and zoho.com/one/pricing.html (US-dollar column of the price files each page loads), checked Oct 21, 2026. The Zoho One price file also holds discounted price sets, which we did not use, so the page may show a promotion when you visit.

A worked example, using only the table. Ten people on Zoho CRM Enterprise, billed annually, cost $400 a month. The same ten on CRM Plus Enterprise cost $570 a month. The $170 gap is what Zoho charges for Campaigns, Desk, SalesIQ and the other apps at their top editions. If you would otherwise buy Desk and Campaigns on their own, the CRM pricing comparison shows how the CRM seat prices of eight vendors stack up before add-ons.

CRM Plus Starter at $20 sits below CRM Professional at $23, which looks odd. They are not the same product, and Starter’s CRM may not match Professional’s feature for feature. Zoho’s feature lists do not map one to the other, so compare the “complete features list” on the CRM Plus pricing page against the CRM edition you are weighing.

Minimum users: we found no minimum for any paid edition on the pricing pages or in the subscription help article. The free CRM edition is capped at 3 users. Billing is pay as you go, monthly or yearly. One billing detail from Zoho’s CRM Plus FAQ: Zoho does not stop billing for deactivated users automatically, so downgrade the licenses yourself.

Does Zoho CRM have email marketing?

Zoho CRM can send mass email, but it is a light feature with a daily cap, and Zoho points to a separate app for real campaigns. Mass email starts on the Standard edition, and the free edition is limited to 10 custom email templates.

Zoho’s email limits page sets the daily mass email cap per organization by edition.

Edition Mass emails per day, per organization
Standard 250
Professional 500
Enterprise 1,000
Ultimate 2,000

Source: Zoho CRM help, Email Limits, checked Oct 21, 2026.

Zoho counts autoresponders, active email schedulers and macros against the same number, and the day runs midnight to 11:59 PM in the organization’s time zone. The page says the cap can be raised to 10,000 a day for an additional cost through Zoho sales. One-to-one email has its own limit: paid editions get confirmed users multiplied by 300 a day, and free and trial editions get confirmed users multiplied by 50.

For a newsletter, a drip sequence or a list that is larger than the cap, Zoho’s mass email help says to try the Zoho Campaigns integration. Campaigns is a separate Zoho app with its own free plan (up to 2,000 contacts and 6,000 emails a month on Zoho’s page) and paid plans priced by contact count. Inside CRM Plus, Campaigns is in the bundle, and the Enterprise edition lists unlimited emails for up to 100,000 contacts.

What is the email channel in Zoho CRM, and does it replace Campaigns?

The email channel is the mailbox connection under Setup, Channels, Email, and it does not replace Campaigns. It puts your one-to-one email on the lead, contact or deal record, and Campaigns is the tool that sends bulk email to lists.

Zoho’s help describes the options in its guide to Zoho CRM email tools. The ones that matter here:

  1. Inbox integration over IMAP or POP3 connects mailboxes such as Outlook, Google Workspace, Yahoo and Office 365, and shows two-way email on related leads, contacts and deals.
  2. Native email support sends from the CRM using the address you signed up with, without connecting an inbox. It cannot track replies to emails sent that way.
  3. A BCC dropbox gives each user a unique address that logs any email you copy it on.
  4. Mass email and templates cover bulk sends from CRM records, up to the daily cap above.

If you use a custom POP3 account, Zoho’s help says you still need a Zoho Mail account, because the CRM uses Zoho Mail to fetch and display the emails, and that only one mailbox can be active at a time. The same help states that mass emails from the CRM “do not replace the more specialized features that dedicated email campaign software tools provide.” If you connect through Gmail or Outlook, the Zoho CRM Standard feature list names both integrations. Our Outlook and Gmail integration comparison shows how that stacks up against other CRMs.

Is Zoho One the same as Zoho CRM Plus?

No. Zoho One is a whole-company suite, and CRM Plus is a front-office bundle. Zoho’s help puts the licensing difference plainly: with CRM Plus you “purchase user licenses for your customer-facing teams”, while with Zoho One “you need to purchase user licenses for all the employees in your organization.” Zoho’s help article on the two is undated.

Zoho One’s own page, fetched with US settings, says 45+ apps. The version of the page served for Mexico said 50+, so the count differs by page. The app list on the Zoho One page groups them as sales (CRM, Bigin, Bookings, SalesIQ), marketing (Marketing Automation, Campaigns, Forms, Social, Thrive), support (Desk, Assist, Lens), finance, HR, operations, websites, communication, collaboration and content apps. It names CRM Plus nowhere, and it does not name Survey, Analytics, Backstage, Webinars or Brand Studio, which are in the CRM Plus list. Whether those come with Zoho One, and at which edition, is a question for Zoho sales before you plan around it.

Two pricing options exist, per the Zoho One page: all-employee pricing, where the business must buy a license for every employee on payroll ($37 per employee per month billed annually in the dollar column we saw), and flexible user pricing for any number of users ($90 billed annually). Zoho also says a downgrade or upgrade between its two Zoho One editions has to cover all users.

When does each one fit?

Zoho CRM fits a sales team that wants depth in the pipeline, CRM Plus fits teams that share customers across sales, marketing and support, and Zoho One fits a company ready to run finance, HR and operations on Zoho too.

An easy wrong turn is buying CRM Plus because the app list looks generous, then never switching on Desk or Social. Count the teams who will log in daily. If that is one team, buy the CRM edition that fits it. If you are still choosing between CRMs altogether, read how Zoho compares with Salesforce, HubSpot and Pipedrive, and our guide to choosing a CRM.

How do you move from Zoho CRM to CRM Plus?

You upgrade the subscription from inside your Zoho account, and Zoho adjusts the payment if you already pay for one of its apps. Zoho’s subscription help lists the steps.

  1. Click the User icon at the upper-right corner of the page.
  2. Click Upgrade in the Subscription section, then click Upgrade in the CRM Plus plan.
  3. Choose monthly or yearly, enter the number of users and choose any add-ons, then click Proceed.
  4. Enter the billing details and card information, then click Make Payment.

The article says that if you already pay for an individual component of CRM Plus, the payment is adjusted so you are not charged twice. It does not say whether your existing CRM records, workflows and customizations carry over into the CRM Plus organization, so ask Zoho before you pay, and export your Zoho CRM data first as a safety copy. For integrations that depend on the CRM, our CRM integrations guide covers what to re-test afterwards, and the CRM migration guide covers the wider move.

Zoho’s 30-day CRM Plus trial includes all features, lets a new trial user add up to 10 additional users, and keeps your data and customizations if you subscribe. Use it with real records from one team rather than demo data.

When to get help

A single-team CRM purchase needs no help. Bring someone in when you are mapping an existing Zoho CRM org to CRM Plus, deciding between CRM Plus and Zoho One, or setting up Campaigns, Desk and the CRM so they share one customer record. Our Zoho implementation service covers that, and you can book a call with the details of your team and which apps you actually use.

Founder’s note, Alpit Patel. Zoho prices change by country and by billing basis, and I see people compare the wrong two numbers. I’d write down the currency and whether it is billed yearly before comparing anything, and decide which apps you will really use before paying for a bundle. I founded aibrevo in San Francisco in 2021, and through autoesta I have overseen 320+ GoHighLevel implementation projects across med spas, real estate, healthcare, dental, home services, SaaS and professional-services clients in the US, UK and UAE. FAQs

What is the difference between Zoho CRM and Zoho CRM Plus?

Zoho CRM is a single sales app that you buy by edition. Zoho CRM Plus is a bundle of that CRM with Campaigns, Desk, SalesIQ, Projects, Social, Survey, Analytics and more, so sales, marketing and support share one set of customer records. Zoho says the bundle includes each module at its highest edition.

What is Zoho CRM Plus?

Zoho describes CRM Plus as a unified customer experience platform that connects sales, marketing and service teams and shares customer information across them. It is sold as one subscription in two editions, Starter and Enterprise, with a 30-day free trial and no credit card needed. You license the people who work customer records.

How much does Zoho CRM Plus cost?

In US dollars, checked October 21, 2026: Starter is $20 per user per month billed annually or $25 month to month, and Enterprise is $57 annually or $69 month to month. Zoho shows local currency by country, so a visitor from India sees rupees. Local taxes are added on top.

Which apps are included in Zoho CRM Plus?

Zoho's CRM Plus page lists CRM, SalesInbox, SalesIQ, Desk, Projects, Campaigns, Social, Survey, Analytics, Marketing Automation, PageSense, Backstage, Brand Studio, Cliq and Webinars. Starter covers the core sales, marketing, support and analytics apps. Enterprise adds marketing automation, website performance, events, webinars, team collaboration and brand management.

Does Zoho CRM have email marketing?

Partly. Zoho CRM sends mass emails to leads, contacts and other modules from the Standard edition up, capped per organization per day at 250 on Standard, 500 on Professional, 1,000 on Enterprise and 2,000 on Ultimate. For newsletters and journeys Zoho points you to Zoho Campaigns, which is a separate app that CRM Plus includes.

What is the email channel in Zoho CRM?

It is the mailbox connection under Setup, Channels, Email. Once a mailbox is connected, incoming and outgoing one-to-one email shows on the lead, contact or deal. For a custom POP3 account Zoho requires a Zoho Mail account, and only one mailbox can be active at a time. It handles conversations, not bulk sending.

Does the Zoho CRM email channel replace Zoho Campaigns?

No. Zoho's help says mass emails sent from the CRM do not replace the more specialized features of dedicated email campaign software, and it suggests the Zoho Campaigns integration for campaigns to your leads and contacts. The channel connects your inbox. Campaigns builds, sends and reports on bulk email to subscriber lists.

Is Zoho One the same as Zoho CRM Plus?

No. Zoho's help says CRM Plus unifies sales, support and marketing, and you buy licenses for your customer-facing teams. Zoho One covers the whole business, including finance and HR, and Zoho says you must purchase licenses for all employees in the standard model. Zoho's pages do not say CRM Plus is part of Zoho One.

Is there a minimum number of users for Zoho CRM Plus?

We could not find one. Zoho's CRM Plus pricing page, product page and subscription help article do not state a minimum user count for paid editions. The only stated user limit is on the free CRM edition, which is capped at 3 users. Ask Zoho sales to confirm in writing if your team is very small.

Can I try Zoho CRM Plus before paying?

Yes. Zoho offers a 30-day free trial with no credit card, and says the trial includes all features. A new trial user can add up to 10 additional users. If you do not subscribe when the trial ends, the account is suspended and can be reactivated later by upgrading, with your customizations kept.
