GoHighLevel and Boulevard: Is There an Integration, and What Do You Need?

GoHighLevel and Boulevard have no connector in Boulevard's own pages. What they do document is a Zapier app with 9 triggers and 7 actions, and API access that Boulevard's support page ties to its Enterprise plan. Zapier's LeadConnector app can receive Boulevard events, so a Boulevard to GoHighLevel link is a Zapier build, not a switch you turn on.

Part of the guide: GoHighLevel integration with med spa booking software

Key takeaways

  • Boulevard's pages we opened on 15 October 2026 document no GoHighLevel connector. Zapier's Boulevard page lists 9 triggers, 7 actions and 5 lookups, and links a Boulevard plus LeadConnector pairing.
  • Boulevard's support page says 'Boulevard Enterprise customers have API access.' Its pricing page lists API access under the Enterprise tier only, with no price shown. We could not open Boulevard's developer documentation, so we make no claim about its webhooks.
  • The useful Boulevard triggers for follow-up are Appointment Completed, Appointment Cancelled, New Client and Entity Tags Added. The tag trigger lets treatment tags set in Boulevard drive GoHighLevel sequences.
  • Do not let GoHighLevel write appointment or treatment data back. Zapier's Boulevard actions include Create Client, Add Tag, Update Client and Create Client Note, which are useful for lead handoff and risky for anything clinical.

The problem this post solves: you want GoHighLevel and Boulevard to work together. You use Boulevard, you want GoHighLevel to run lead capture, review requests and reactivation, and you want to know whether there is a real integration, what Boulevard makes you pay or ask for, and how to build the first useful link without creating duplicate clients. For the wider picture across booking platforms, see the GoHighLevel integration with med spa booking software guide, which sits under our GoHighLevel setup for med spas page.

Is there a GoHighLevel and Boulevard integration?

There is no first-party GoHighLevel and Boulevard integration in the pages Boulevard publishes. On 15 October 2026 we opened Boulevard’s support article on connecting apps, its pricing page and Zapier’s Boulevard page. None names GoHighLevel. The Zapier page does link a Boulevard plus LeadConnector pairing, and LeadConnector is how Zapier names HighLevel’s app, so the practical route is a Zapier build.

Question What Boulevard’s pages say Source
Is there a GoHighLevel app? Not named Boulevard support, pricing
Is there a Zapier app? Yes: 9 events, 7 functions, 5 queries Zapier Boulevard page
Who has API access? “Boulevard Enterprise customers have API access” Boulevard support article
Who can switch integrations on and off? Admin users on Premier and Enterprise accounts Boulevard support article
Are webhooks documented? Not on the support page we read Boulevard support article
What does Enterprise cost? No price shown: “Book a consultation” Boulevard pricing

Boulevard’s own blog describes three APIs: a Client API for branded booking experiences, an Admin API to sync client data with other systems, and a Reporting API. It says nothing there about who gets access or about webhooks. Treat webhook support as unconfirmed until Boulevard tells you in writing, and do not assume the Admin API is available on a non-Enterprise plan.

What does Boulevard’s Zapier app send to GoHighLevel?

Boulevard’s Zapier app sends nine events: new appointments, completed appointments, cancelled appointments, rescheduled appointments, new clients, updated clients, tags added, tags removed and completed orders. The table shows what each is good for on the GoHighLevel side.

Boulevard trigger Use it in GoHighLevel for Watch out for
New Client Create or update the contact, stop lead nurture, move the pipeline stage to booked The person may already exist from a form fill: match on email or phone
New Appointment Confirmation, deposit or prep message, move stage to consultation booked Do not send a second confirmation if Boulevard already does
Appointment Completed Review request a day later; post-visit follow-up in generic wording Send the same request to every completed client, not only the happy ones
Appointment Cancelled Rebooking sequence, stop reminders Stop any reminders already queued
Appointment Rescheduled Reset reminder timing Old reminders must not fire
Client Updated Refresh phone or email A loop if you also write back to Boulevard
Entity Tags Added Start a treatment-specific sequence from a tag set in Boulevard Keep tag names identical in both systems
Entity Tags Removed Pull the contact out of that sequence Same
Order Completed Optional sale event Keep order detail and amounts out of the CRM unless you need them

The tag trigger is the one most worth building around. If front-desk staff already tag clients in Boulevard, those tags can drive follow-up without you copying treatment records into GoHighLevel. Whether to treat a treatment tag as health information is a question for your counsel, as set out in our HIPAA answer.

What can GoHighLevel send back to Boulevard?

Zapier’s Boulevard app lists seven actions: Add Tag, Create Client, Create Client Note, Create Timeblock, Delete Timeblock, Update Appointment and Update Client. Three are useful for a med spa and the rest should stay with the front desk.

  • Create Client hands a GoHighLevel lead to Boulevard once they book through your own page. It creates duplicates if Boulevard already has the person, so use a lookup first (Zapier lists Find Client by Email as a query).
  • Add Tag can flag a source such as a campaign name.
  • Create Client Note is the one to avoid for anything clinical. It puts text in the system that holds the chart, and an automation should not write there on its own.

LeadConnector’s side in Zapier has one trigger (Pipeline Stage Changed) and five actions (Add/Update Contact, Add/Update Opportunity, Add Lead to Workflow, Stop All Workflows for Lead, Add Task), according to Zapier’s LeadConnector page.

Do you need Boulevard Enterprise to connect GoHighLevel?

You need Enterprise for API access, and Boulevard has not told us in writing what the Zapier app needs. Boulevard’s support article says Enterprise customers have API access and can hire developers or build custom apps. Its pricing page lists API access under Enterprise only, next to Essentials at $143 a month for one location, Premier at $234 and Prestige at $328 per location (the latter two shown as limited-time prices for new customers, normally $293 and $410), all checked 15 October 2026.

Judgment: ask Boulevard three questions in writing before you scope anything: which plan includes the Zapier app, whether webhooks or the Admin API are available on your plan, and what they cost. If the answer is that only Enterprise has programmatic access and the Zapier app needs a plan you do not have, the options are the lighter patterns in the decision table: a widget on a GoHighLevel page for lead capture, a scheduled export for reactivation, or no sync and Boulevard’s own reminders.

How do you build a Boulevard to GoHighLevel review request in Zapier?

Build it as one Zap: Boulevard Appointment Completed as the trigger, a lookup, then LeadConnector Add/Update Contact and Add Lead to Workflow. This is the safest first link because it needs no clinical data and its failure mode is a missed review request, not a wrong appointment.

  1. Trigger: Boulevard, Appointment Completed. Pull the client’s first name, email and phone only.
  2. Match: Use LeadConnector Add/Update Contact keyed on email, with phone as a fallback, so you update the existing contact.
  3. Tag: Add a neutral tag such as visit-completed. Do not put the treatment name in the review message.
  4. Start the workflow: Use Add Lead to Workflow to start the review request in GoHighLevel, which waits a day, sends a neutral request and links to your review page.
  5. Consent check: A review request is informational, but confirm your own texting consent covers it. See the consent guidance and A2P registration page.
  6. Test: Complete a test appointment twice, cancel one, and confirm exactly one text goes out.

Send the same request to every completed client. The FTC’s guidance on selective solicitation is summarized in our setup page. For why Zapier billing may matter at volume, see Zapier versus native integrations.

What breaks in a Boulevard and GoHighLevel setup?

The common failures are duplicate contacts, double reminders and a sync that nobody watches. Check each before go-live.

Failure Cause Fix
Client appears twice in GoHighLevel Zap creates instead of matching Use Add/Update Contact keyed on email and phone
Client gets two reminders Boulevard and GoHighLevel both text Choose one sender per message type and switch the other off
Reviews go to some clients only Workflow filters on satisfaction Send to every completed client
Zap stops, nobody notices No error alert set up Set up an error alert and check the run history weekly
Loop of updates Client Updated triggers a write back Do not write client updates back to Boulevard

Founder’s note, Alpit Patel. I get asked about the Boulevard connection every week. Do this first: ask Boulevard in writing which plan includes the Zapier app and whether webhooks or the Admin API are available. Its pages do not say, so do not scope a build until you have the answer. Then start small. One completed-visit to review-request link, matched on email. It needs no clinical data, and if it fails you miss a request instead of booking a wrong appointment. I founded aibrevo in San Francisco in 2021, and through autoesta I have overseen 320+ GoHighLevel implementation projects across med spas, real estate, healthcare, dental, home services, SaaS and professional-services clients in the US, UK and UAE. FAQs

Does GoHighLevel integrate with Boulevard?

Not through a first-party connector that Boulevard documents. On 15 October 2026 Boulevard's support and pricing pages described apps and API access without naming GoHighLevel. Zapier lists a Boulevard app and a LeadConnector app, which is how most teams connect them. Ask Boulevard for its current integration list in writing before you scope the work.

How do GoHighLevel and Boulevard work together?

Boulevard stays the system of record for appointments, treatments, charts and payments, and GoHighLevel runs lead capture, reviews and reactivation. With no documented connector, the link is a Zapier build: a Boulevard trigger such as Appointment Completed feeds LeadConnector actions that update the contact and start a workflow. Match on email to avoid duplicates.

Does Boulevard have a Zapier integration?

Yes. Zapier's Boulevard page lists 9 triggers (such as New Appointment, Appointment Completed, New Client and Order Completed), 7 actions (such as Create Client and Add Tag) and 5 lookups. Whether your Boulevard plan can switch it on is not stated there, so confirm that with Boulevard.

Do I need Boulevard Enterprise to connect it to GoHighLevel?

For API access, Boulevard's support page ties it to Enterprise. For the Zapier app, we found no plan requirement stated, and the same page says Admin users on Premier and Enterprise accounts can turn integrations on and off. Ask Boulevard which plan you need for the Zapier app before you commit.

Can Boulevard send an appointment completed event to GoHighLevel?

Through Zapier, yes. Boulevard's app has an Appointment Completed trigger, and Zapier's LeadConnector app has an Add/Update Contact action and an Add Lead to Workflow action. That pair can add the client to a review-request workflow. Test with a dummy client and match on email so the contact does not duplicate.

Can GoHighLevel replace Boulevard?

For most med spas, no. Boulevard holds the schedule, charts, forms, retail and payments, and GoHighLevel has no equivalent of those. GoHighLevel is the follow-up layer for leads and lapsed clients, which is why many practices run both. Our fit and pricing guide compares the two on cost.

Where should the data live when I run Boulevard and GoHighLevel together?

Boulevard should own appointments, treatments, charts and payments. GoHighLevel should own lead source, pipeline stage, marketing consent and campaign history. Send events across, such as completed visits and tags, and keep clinical notes and photos out of the CRM so the HIPAA surface stays small.
